You will love this close to the lake home. 6 minutes from Windsor boat launch, with a very easy drive to house. Perfect to tow your boat to.. Incredible private back yard with heated pool and ample seating areas. Boat parking, 30 foot deep garage. Fully stocked and beautiful kitchen with a coffee bar that includes a Keurig that makes both full pot and single cup servings and a Ninja blender for fun summer drinks. Smart tv’s. Oh, also, very private back yard, lol.. BBQ, huge umbrellas, roller shades, loungers, pub table, cooler. Stroller, high chair, pak-n-play.. Everything you’ll need should be there. If not, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do! Two ring doorbells only on the front of the house, total privacy in the backyard. The VIEWS from the backyard are absolutely incredible. We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect. As advertised close to the venue and very clean and kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor area was very nice with plenty of seating. We would love to stay here again.

We loved the house and Joe was a great host. We had plans to go and explore but decided to stay in. We had the pool which made it convenient. The only problem we had was that the umbrellas didn't work. Everything else was great. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Backyard getaway

This house was beautiful clean and functional. The pool is absolutely amazing and outdoor space is HUGE!! we were able to bbq on their propane grill and have family meals together outside with all the table/seating provided! I loved that 2 bedrooms came with doors leading right out to the pool. The doors have locks up high so that small children cant get to the backyard on their own! The kitchen was well equipped with all necessities and oomg the BEDS!! The mattresses are Soooo comfortable! We all got the best sleep! Thank you Joe we loved the house and would definitely return!

Wonderful winter getaway

The property is in a great neighborhood. It has a nice view of Lake Havasu and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The pool was immaculate and there was plenty of seating options on the patio area. It was the perfect place to spend a month away from the Michigan winter.

Nice home with great outdoor space

My husband and I traveled to Lake Havasu for couple weeks of golf and relaxation. This home was perfect for us! It has a great layout and very peaceful pool/outdoor space. This home would easily accommodate 3 couples. Jo was an excellent communicator, responding promptly to any questions that I had. I highly recommend this home.

Amazing get-away

Excellent location. Amazing views. The pool was great as was the house. Everything you needed and more. Joe and Sheba were excellent hosts. Excellent stay!

The overall experience at this property was great! The host(s) were prompt with their responses to our questions, prior to and during, our stay. Even went as far as communicating with us while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. The view of the lake was gorgeous and the pool was very refreshing. I highly recommend staying here!

Our fabulous staycation!

My daughter and I went to Lakelin for a Relaxing Getaway. We truly had that! This property was completely comfortable and so homey we never wanted to leave. Very close to town to go see all the local sites. Close to the boat dock which was awesome! Everything was there for all the comfort you needed write down to throw blankets and pillows we sank in and had a wonderful time we will definitely be going back! The hosts Joe and Sheba were phenomenal their instructions were clear and easy for the checkout process. The pool was more than we could have asked for! I highly recommend this property!

We had a great time here at Lake Havesu.. Being able to to stay in this house with all its amenities; everything we needed was already here. Great location, quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. and a great view. Joe and Sheba couldn’t be more easy to deal with! We will be back!

Wonderful Stay

We had the pleasure of staying at Lake Livin in Lake Havasu for our anniversary. The house was in a quite neighborhood, with stunning sunset views from the pool/ backyard tables. All the love and hard work for a wonderful stay shone bright throughout the whole house, from a blow dryer in each bathroom, pool toys, bbq, two fire pits and pool side lounging options. The beds were so comfortable, and there was all the essentials for having a stocked kitchen set up. Joe and Sheba were awesome hosts, with a welcome book walking us through everything in the house and the check out process. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay in Lake Havasu to stay at Lake Livin.
