Centrally-located, coastal tiny home w/ access to downtown and the best beaches!

You will be close to everything that St. Pete has to offer when you book this 2 bedroom 1000 square ft house! Our beautiful home comfortably sleeps six (thanks to a daybed and trundle in our office space) and is perfectly located between the downtown’s restaurants, Pier, and museums (10 min) and some of the best beaches in the country (10-15 min). The neighborhood is dog and kid-friendly with access to the Pinellas Trail less than 6 blocks away. Also, the new Sunrunner bus stop is 2 blocks away and allows the guest the option to drive or ride during their stay!

The cushions for outside dining are in the shed! We just ask that you put them back inside when you are done so that they don’t get damaged.
Please leave all used beds unmade. Please take all of your items out of the fridge and take trash out when you leave. Detergent is in the dryer!
To open the door type 0321 in the key pad and turn knob to left. To lock, type the same code and turn knob to right. No feminine products in toilet!

House was completely adequate

The house had everything that one would expect a house of having plus it had a very comfortable bed. The road is a little noisy for someone who is a light sleeper like myself, but that certainly would not stop me from renting it again.

Our Host was very responsive. The house was clean and seemed to have been remodeled/updated. There were a few little things one could pick at but overall comfortable and decent.

This tiny home is beautiful

This is a great stay for the amount of days we were staying however, the house was very dusty and we are highly allergic, so we spent it sneezing other than that it was a great stay, couldn’t ask for more. The neighborhood looks a bit weird and dark at night time but luckily nothing ever happened to us and the house was secured.

Our home has a driveway with available parking spaces for cars. There are many locations that can be accessed on foot including the playground and nearby park. The new Sunrunner bus rapid transport provides an additional option for easy travel within the city. In fact, there is a bus stop less than 2 blocks away! Of course Uber and Lyft provide easy transportation options, but bike rental stations are located throughout the city for inexpensive transit. When you get back from your adventures, relax out back with a cocktail, or create some sidewalk chalk art for our photo wall.

Proximity to the new Sunrunner rapid bus transit system allows you to easily travel between the best beaches in the country and the vibrant downtown food and art scene. The Sunrunner began in October 2022 and is amazing! We have a fenced in area in the front and back yard for your furry friends and an outdoor patio for eating alfresco! Come, stay centrally-located and enjoy every bit that this sunshine city has to offer.
