The Crescent 302 features two bedrooms and two baths, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. The spacious, open living area offers coastal decor, comfy furnishings, and stunning Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and you can dine at the breakfast bar, dining table, or outside on the private balcony with views of gorgeous sunsets. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, balcony access, and a flat-screen TV, while the guest room has a twin-over-double bunk bed and its own TV. A full-sized washer and dryer provide added convenience.

wonderful stay

Staff is amazing, from front desk to maintenance, to beach chairs/umbrellas. Condo was clean but did find someone's socks and an empty water bottle under the bed.

This is our second time renting this unit. Surprised with low water pressure, bathroom sink had to be cleaned out to drain,only four bath towels in each bathroom. We were told new company with room supplies and service. Will return just not that unit again.

Overall experience was good

Great location in condo. Great view of the beach to Destin! Very comfy couch. Unit was equipped with the bare essentials only and marginal at best for a week's stay (cookware, utensils, etc). Ceiling fan made noise in living room and could not be used, some range burners did not work, washer/dryer did not wash/dry very well, and toilets were slow to flush. Minor things but we have stayed in other units here and they were far better.

Still a great condo, but roaches
..

We love the crescent and have stayed here several times, sadly this is the first time we have ever had complaints. There were a few minor issues like the fan in master bedroom not working and the sink in guest bathroom not draining, but the number one issue was roaches. We killed several roaches while we were there and had it not been for the high cost of the room and messing up our kids vacation we would have left sooner than we did. We ended up leaving the night of our last day just to leave behind these concerns. I know this has to be a challenge in any hotel/condo environment and I’m sure being next door to Surf Hut adds to it but after multiple stays here and give how high the condo is to rent i was very surprised to have those issues this time around. Other then these issues we still love this condo, the pool, beach service, front desk staff, etc. just wish these issues wouldnt have happened.

Consistently Excellent

Out first visit to the Crescent was nearly 20 years ago, and it is remarkable that the Crescent and its beach have maintained the high standard of quality that we enjoyed on our first visit, and which keeps bringing us back. We found all Scenic Stays personnel with whom we interacted in person and electronically to be helpful and pleasant. We're looking forward to next year!
