Eclectic comfortable getaway in the quiet neighborhood of Historic Mozley Park. Enjoy a morning walk or run along the 4-mile Westside Beltline Trail with the entrance at your doorstep. Come back to relax in our flower garden with Lotus Fountain water feature. EZ access to HWY 20, downtown, most film studios, & attractions. Perfect for couples and those coming in for film productions. Best rate at 3 months!

The space
We spent four years renovating our home and included eclectic decor from various films my husband John worked on. The rooms are painted dark and moody, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal including a retro Sub Zero fridge and gas cooktop, pour over, French press. The back-splash is a paisley glass mosaic from Bisazza Italy, and the cabinets are lighted inside. The home has original wood floors. There is an additional room with a small stand-up fold down desk good for a laptop, couch and TV. Large French doors in the kitchen lead out to our zen garden with lounge furniture and fountain.

Other things to note
*We have an efficiency unit attached to the home with private entrance, you may hear guests if it is booked. Feel free to inquire about renting both units.
* There are security cameras at the front and back of the property
*The central AC is for the whole house and wifi enabled, the attached efficiency guests my request a temperature adjustment, we do our best to accomodate all guests. We have a space heater for your added comfort should you need it. The home is typically set at 73-75
*We do not allow USPS mail sent to the house because all mail goes to our PO Box and we are not always available to check it. UPS and FedEx is good.
*Only registered guests allowed in the home unless previously requested and approved by me.
*I personally tend to the garden when Iâm in town usually in the mornings, sometimes a few times a week in the Summer.

We purchased this property when we relocated to Atlanta from North Carolina. We lived in the property for 4 years and renovated it ourselves, we loved the potential it had when we found it. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the sound of birds, yet just being a mile from downtown.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
We chose this property because the Westside Beltline was going to be installed directly behind it. The Beltline is a bike and pedestrian path that will be over 21 miles around the city, currently our sections is about 8 miles and growing. We also love how easy it is to get around the city from the home including the proximity to Hwy 20. The neighborhood is multicultural with many new homeowners, and legacy retired folk. Our neighborhood was voted #1 in Atlanta in 2022.
