With a clean and stylish decor, including a king suite, queen suite, and twin bedrooms, your vacation is sure to be unforgettable.

HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
POOL
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.
Le Reve is a new townhome community that offers an expansive recreation area. Together with a clubhouse and beautiful grounds, a swimming pool, gym and game room the Le Reve community is ideal.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Le Reve houses is conducted weekly on Wednesdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES
• The community amenities include Clubhouse TV Room, Community Pool, Community/Clubhouse Wi-Fi, and Fitness Center.
• The community amenities are open from 9 am to 5 pm every day.
• There is no code or card requested to access the amenities.
PARKING
• All guests should park in the driveway of the house.
• Parking on the street is NOT allowed and in risk of towing.
TRASH
• There are trash bins outside of each home. Garbage is to be placed there, in bags, and a porter
comes and picks it up and puts it in the dumpster.
• No large items are to be placed at or in the dumpster.
• Trash is picked up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
