*Please note that NO motorcycles, trailers, or commercial trucks are allowed due to limited parking. We can also only allow a maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation.

Whether you are visiting for work or play, you will have everything you could need in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

You will stay across the street from the beach and within half a mile of several parks and walking trails. Your outdoor pool is open year-round and the beach is across the street. You will have beach chairs, a beach cart, and pool toys - just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen!

If you're active, you have a tennis center, 2 state parks with hiking, miles of nature trails, the Halifax River, kayak rentals, year-round surfing (a local surf shop offers private lessons), bike paths along A1A, and PGA rated golf courses all within 15 minutes' drive. Daytona Beach has parasailing and jet skis!

For indoor entertainment, you'll have a 50" 4K Amazon Fire TV with basic cable services and strong wi-fi signal so you can log in to your streaming services and connect your devices. There is also an assortment of board games and a collection of books and magazines.

For sleeping, you can choose from the pool view bedroom or the bedroom with your beach view from the window, with queen beds and new, plush mattresses in both bedrooms. A queen sofa bed in the living room provides a third sleeping option.

Your kitchen is well equipped for cooking with full-sized appliances - microwave, oven with a glass stovetop, dishwasher, stainless 20 cubic-foot refrigerator, and countertop icemaker. You're well prepared to make and serve meals with more than enough dishes and flatware, glasses, and wine glasses for 4, a 12-piece cookware set, and bakeware. Small appliances include a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, 2 slice toaster, a waffle maker, a hand mixer, and a blender.

Bed and bath linens, paper towels, and toilet tissue are provided for the number of reserved guests. (We provide 1 set of towels/washcloths and 1 beach towel per person*, 2 toilet rolls, and 1 paper towel roll per stay). You'll also have cleaning products and dishwasher pods available.

*For our guests who like extra towels, an additional towel set can be requested - just ask us when booking!

Your full-size bathroom features a shower-tub combination. A 1500-watt hair dryer is provided.

The condo is on the second story of a building with 2 different sets of outdoor stairs. *The building has NO elevator or ramps.

*Florida occupancy laws state a maximum of 2 persons per bedroom, total 4 overnight guests (adults or children) in this unit. Overnight guests over 4 will result in the reservation cancelled with no refund given.
