This upscale home is outfitted with everything you need for your next, memorable getaway. Relax in your own private pool, covered by a lanai so you can swim no matter what the weather. Inside, unwind in central air conditioning throughout the entire home. Guests can enjoy a pool table, poker table, television, and comfortable couch in the garage game room. The semi-open kitchen is perfect for cooking meals together, with the help of full-size appliances and helpful extras. Of course, there's always the option to cook out on the home's private gas grill. You'll stay in a convenient location less than five miles from the Magic Kingdom at this home. Come prepared to relax!

The pool/spa do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of May-September for $32 / day. Please give a 3 day notice to add pool heat for your vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
