Welcome to the newest condo on the Gulf Coast. Calypso Tower 3 is an amazing new property with stunning resort pool, cabana rentals, hot tub, fire pit, and views of the gulf. Calypso Tower 3 provides views of the ocean coastline, pier, and sunsets as well as views of Pier Park and all the activities therein.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Community/Property:
Panama City Beach is famous for its 27 miles of sugar-white sandy beaches and emerald waters. Welcome to the newest condo on the Gulf Coast: Calypso Beach Resort. This is an amazing property with stunning resort pool, cabana rentals, hot tub, fire pit, and views of the gulf.
Gulf World Marine Park is just over a half-mile away and Pier Park is about a 2-minute drive from the complex. Russell-Fields Pier and Shipwreck Island are about 2 miles away. Brought your clubs? Hombre Golf Course is less than 5 miles away. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is conveniently located less than 15 miles from the property (20-25 minutes by car).
Tower 3 units are NOT direct gulf front, but do provide incredible vistas, from the massively deep balconies and take outdoor living to the next level.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Unit sleeps 6 and is fully equipped with bath towels (but guests must bring their own beach towels), kitchen appliances. Unit 410 is ready for you to come and enjoy!
This vacation rental features:
a king master with ensuite bath-Sleeps 2
Custom built bunks and second full bath in the hallway-Sleeps 2
Sofa Bed in the living room area: Sleeps 2
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Unit 410 offers a king master with ensuite bath, Custom built bunks and second full bath in the hallway, custom kitchen with granite and this unit has been designed and decorated by Grace Interiors out of Birmingham. No Cheap furniture package here. Everything is custom and elegant.
Parking:
Seascapes 30a needs a reliable/current email address to order and pay for one parking permit prior to your arrival (only one parking pass per condo is permitted). Please ensure we have one on file.
30a Seascapes pays for your parking pass and then emails you a QR code for access. You will use this QR code every time you access the parking garage. Parking is available in the garage or in the surface lot.
Other details to note:
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
