Appréciez le luxe et la vie privée de ce condo au troisième étage offrant une vue panoramique sur 7 mile plage de Georgetown à North West Point. Situé à l'extrémité nord et calme spectaculaire 7 Mile Beach. Plongée avec tuba ou nager dans les eaux claires tranquilles du droit des Caraïbes à votre porte. Rafraîchissez-vous dans la fraîcheur de l'eau en bord de mer piscine ou vous détendre dans le bain à remous attenant, avant de se retirer pour un transat sous un des nombreux paillotes ou des parasols. Si vous vous sentez énergique peut-être un couple de parties de tennis ferait appel à vous. Détendez-vous votre journée en sirotant des cocktails sur la plage ou sur la terrasse condo blindé, se émerveillant des magnifiques couchers de soleil indescriptible Caïmans. Il n'y a rien à battre à manger sur la terrasse du condo avec la vue sur les lumières scintillantes le long de la longueur de 7 Mile Beach.

Le condo est décoré dans un style de plage tropicale sophistiquée avec des œuvres d'art originales. Le salon / salle à manger a une TV HD à écran plat, avec le câble, centre de musique avec la radio, lecteur de disque compact, je Pod et lecteur DVD, avec un assortiment de DVD, CD, livres et jeux. Pour rester connecté le condo a service gratuit Wi-Fi et haut débit. Les appels locaux sont gratuits et les appels au Canada et aux Etats-Unis peuvent être effectués sans frais au bureau pendant les heures de bureau.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour répondre à tous vos besoins, avec une offre généreuse de la verrerie, vaisselle et couverts.

Les deux chambres ont téléviseurs HD à écran plat, radio-réveil, et de nouvelles salles de bains avec sèche-cheveux. La chambre principale a un roi et la deuxième chambre a deux lits simples convertibles en un roi, ainsi que d'un balcon.

Whirlpool laveuse et sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser sont dans le condo et un service de ménage est effectué tous les jours sauf le dimanche et les jours fériés.

La direction et le personnel sur place de sortir de leur façon d'être agréable et serviable et pourront vous conseiller sur tous vos restaurants, sportives et touristiques arrangements.

Un supermarché bien approvisionné Fosters est situé à moins d'un mile away. Restaurants de tous les niveaux et les cuisines sont à une courte distance.

Beautiful apartment and facilities that have far exceeded our expectations especially with the incredible balcony view, convenient and updated kitchen and facilities, privacy for the entire family. Love the location on the beach where you can snorkel right where you are, walk a few steps to the south for the more sandy beach and a little ways to the north to the beautiful Cemetery beach. We had rented a car which made getting around the island very easy. Amazing vacation! Would definitely stay here again.

Very relaxing and quiet area. Perfect for vacation!

Beautiful view from the porch area. Kitchen is well stocked w dishes and location is close to grocery. The staff were always helpful calling a cab, helping w bus info and answering any question we had. Ann in the office and Diane and other staff were kind. The beach was wonderful and having the cabanas was perfect.

Cayman Trip 2019

Check in was a breeze. Management and Staff were so nice and attentive. The condo and property were beautiful and very well maintained. A much needed girls weekend at Discovery Point did not disappoint! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and also on the beach. One beautiful sunset after another. Nice and quiet west end of 7 mile beach.

Beautiful location right on Seven Mile Beach

Easy and relaxing, a low-key stay on Seven Mile Beach. Beautiful view of beach and sunset from top floor of 3-story building. Not overcrowded, even at Christmas time. Plenty of chairs and loungers on the beach. Tennis and pickleball on site, and easy drive to activities and restaurants. Apartment was well-stocked and everything worked. Good WiFi. Would stay here again.

Amazing Time!

We had an amazing stay at Discovery Point! The views were spectacular and sunset was amazing. The condo was perfectly suitable for our family of four and had everything that we needed. The management office was very helpful with organizing taxis, restaurant reservations and tours. Avis gave great suggestions for what to do in the area. The grocery store was a short 10 minute walk, but many may find renting a car more convenient. Overall, great experience - we'll be back!

Great place to stay

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and well appointed. We loved the screened patio and the beautiful view. We really enjoyed the fabulous sunsets. The pool was refreshing and never crowded. The beach was very nice and we always had chairs. The condo is close to stores and restaurants. The check in process was easy. The ladies in the office are very nice. A big shoutout to Diane from housekeeping who took great care of us and the condo. Can’t wait to come back!

We'd come again

All the staff supporting this property were lovely and helpful. The unit, pool, and beachfront areas were very well maintained. There were nice unexpected "extras", like being able to borrow a high chair and the Wednesday night beach cookout was a special treat! We found the location to be the perfect balance for us - peace and quiet by being a little bit away from the busiest parts of Seven Mile, but still on Seven Mile. We were pleasantly surprised how convenient and easy it was to make quick drives for grocery shopping, restaurants, the Turtle Farm, and other attractions.

3 girls and a condo

I would give Discovery Point a 4.5 star! We did a girlfriends trip and it was a great! Great location if you've never been to Grand Cayman. They rent paddleboards and snorkel gear on-site. Unit came with a cooler and that was a plus! A few things we learned was that Discovery Point will stock your condo with food for 25-30.00. There's also a dining app and most restaurants deliver for free! Sad to leave the friendly crew at Discovery Point!

Great condo on Seven Mile Beach

We enjoyed our very comfortable stay. The condo is well equipped and housekeeping does a great job keeping it clean. The screened balcony is a big plus. The complex updated the BBQ area since we last stayed and we really appreciated that. The only negative was that a digital safe was not fixed after several requests to the office. It would have been nice if it worked. Overall we would stay in this unit again for our next visit.

Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at DPC #41 and plan to return as soon as we can. Location was excellent and away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and the cruise ship passengers. We never had a problem getting chairs on the beach and it was very peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and spent many nights there playing family games. We had a few concerns and some miscommunication on day one but it was quickly resolved by Miss Ollie and Miss Barlow and the rest of our stay was wonderful. We even had to extend for an extra night due to storms at home and that process was smooth. Thanks to Miss Barlow and the DPC crew for a lovely stay.

Great Location; Nice Condo

This was our second visit to Grand Cayman, but our first time to Discovery Point and we will be back! The entire facility is wonderful, and this condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our teenagers loved the beach and pool and snorkeling from shore -- and we could watch them from the balcony. We had a rental car (from All-Star arranged by the DPC staff -- thank you!) and could easily get everywhere we wanted to go (turtle farm, grocery store, restaurants, scuba diving). The condo was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully furnished; and the third floor location was quiet. All of our correspondence and conversation with owner, managers, housekeeping, staff and other guests was positive and pleasant. A lovely place on a lovely island!

Yes the third floor is great, as it is private and quiet, and you can see what is going on on the beach and at the pool, not to mention the great view of all of Seven Mile Beach. Awesome!

Beach and ocean wonderful!! Could snorkel right in front of property. Wish they had a few more chairs and lounges, they were mostly saved by families first thing in morning and then barely used. Most of the time no one was sitting on them just had towels and "stuff" on them. Property was very clean and well kept. We did have a great time. We did have a few issues with washer and ice maker not working but they were taken care if. Would stay here again.

Dear Guest, I am so pleased you had an awesome time in Grand Cayman. Sorry about the washing machine, bad timing, but we have replaced it with a brand new one, which I trust was delivered during your stay. The bad habit of people saving the beach huts and loungers is unfortunately difficult to control especially at Christmas when property is full. The rest of the year there are more than enough loungers etc. I do hope we will be able to welcome you back for a return visit in future. Thanking you for your review.

Great vacation!

Just came back from an awesome vacation at the Discovery Point Club. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Location is great, near grocery store and main area of SMB but without the crowds. Beach was beautiful with plenty of umbrellas and chairs. We snorkeled everyday right off the beach since there was so much to see. This area was a bit rocky but there is a more sandy section to the left of the pool. Some still might like to have water shoes but we didn't mind. Ann Rose and Ollie in the office were super helpful and the cleaning staff was top notch. Renting paddle boards was a breeze. The owner was fantastic to work with and booking was easy. Hope to be back someday!

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your review. We are always delighted to hear guests have had a wonderful vacation, enjoyed the condo and have been looked after well by our DPC staff. The beach is beautiful and being a little rocky attracts the reef fish for great snorkelling, but as you say there is a sandy entrance just to the left of the property. It was a pleasure dealing with you as well and we hope you can come and visit again one day.

We originally chose to come to Grand Cayman as our son had taken a scuba diving course in the Dominican Republic and was keen to continue. We booked a condo on 7 Mile Beach and had a wonderful family holiday with our son and daughter. We fell in love with Grand Cayman and decided then we would really like to own a condo there. After two more visits we were ready to buy. We found Discovery Point Club on the website and made a booking and when we arrived were given the key to number 41. When we walked out onto the terrace we were just in awe of the breathtaking view along 7 Mile Beach and we really enjoyed the laid back holiday atmosphere of the resort. Our Real Estate Agent arrived with a list of condos to show us and unbelievably number 41 was on the list. We travelled the length of 7 Mile Beach looking at all the various condo options and kept saying none of them could touch the view from 41 DPC and that is how we came to be the present owners of our little piece of paradise.

We really appreciate the privacy our third floor terrace affords when dining or relaxing, yet still being able to have a birds eye view of the beach and pool and whatever is going on nearby. We also enjoy relaxing on the uncrowded beach and watching the magnificent sunsets, as well as taking full advantage of the wonderful snorkeling and swimming right in front of the condo. Cemetery Reef a top snorkeling spot is an easy swim or short walk away. Having family and friends located all over the world we have found Discovery Point Club to be the most wonderful place for us to have happy reunions. We also love having the great choice of nearby restaurants.
