Nous avons les meilleurs commentaires pour cette villa coloniale privée avec piscine couverte!

Maison luxueuse situé à deux pâtés de maisons de Playa Langosta et à cinq minutes de la ville de Tamarindo. Il peut accueillir six personnes, avec un lit king-size, une reine et deux lits simples.

La maison est construite dans le style des maisons trouvés dans Grenade, du Nicaragua, dans lequel les chambres sont disposées autour d'une cour intérieure avec piscine dans le style colonial. Cela rend pour une belle maison, et en même temps très privé et sécurisé.

La maison dispose de trois chambres, trois salles de bain et demi, et est entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, internet sans fil, la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, TV, branchement stéréo pour un iPod, micro-ondes, cuisinière au propane, un mobilier confortable, et un grand garage.

Le quartier est principalement résidentiel et calme, avec un supermarché et de bons restaurants à distance de marche.

Surtout la plage avec une belle spot de surf est à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons !!

The open air living with the pool courtyard made this one of our favorite places we have stayed. Nice to take a dip to cool off while staying connected to everyone. The location was perfect for us. A short walk into Tamarindo and an even shorter walk to the beach. We appreciated the neighborhood feel of Langosta. We will definitely be back.

Stayed 10 days in January 2026. Very nice having the pool, which we did use a lot. The casa is in need of general maintenance and a good deep cleaning. Housekeeping needs to be twice per week as the pool and living area get full of leaves and sand from the open air concept. Location is close to the beach and beautiful sunsets. We did enjoy our stay.

It is a lovely home. There were a few things but I def recommend this home for a lovely stay near Tamarindo but not in the heart (this is a major plus).

Host was very receptive and answered any questions very quickly. Helped us book airport transfers. The house was a 5 minute easy walk to the Playa Langosta beach. Perfect for watching the sunset and long daily beach walks . There were many restaurants within a 5 minute walk and many more options in Tamarindo which is about a 15 minute walk. There is a small market to walk to for many basics and other larger markets nearby.

This house is absolutely amazing! The open-air living space was a new experience for us, and we loved it. Every moment spent in the house felt so special. We could sit in the covered living room and watch the monkeys and iguanas in the surrounding trees and marvel at the stars at night. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. Each bedroom suite had their own AC. And having a pool in the center of it all just made this place so cool. Both the owner and concierge were super responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Casa Colonial was wonderful. The check-in process was easy and Angelique was so responsive to our questions. The house is in a nice neighborhood and close to a fantastic beach—Playa Langosta—and about a 15 minute, easy walk into Tamarindo. The configuration of the house is unique and we loved having a pool in the middle of it all. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thanks for having us!

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa! Perfectly suited us as a family with 2 teens- lots of space and the pool was amazing. We were in it constantly swimming, floating and playing with the beach ball provided. Local beach was very close and Tamarindo main beach about 15 min walk to surfing. Hosts were excellent and super kind and helpful with everything, thank-you so much. We would book again for sure.

Great location

Minutes to Tamarindo beach. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The pool was a great relief from the heat. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We loved our 2 week stay at the house and in Tamarindo. The house was even better than the pictures. We loved being able to jump in the pool and could chat with whoever was in the kitchen cooking. We all hated to say goodbye to our home away from home.

Perfect house

We loved our stay at Colonial Villa! It perfectly fit our family of five and was close to town and the beach. The private pool was a plus to refresh in with the hot weather and the AC in the bedrooms felt great.

Great vacation house in Tamarindo

Beautiful property to stay just a short 10minute walk to the core of Tamarindo. The pictures are very accurate to the house. Beautiful pool in the middle, with great lounging spaces. The house is only a 2-minute walk to the beach. Host was great and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Happy Holiday Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the high season. Playa Langosta is the perfect location as it’s a relaxing community within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. The pool was an excellent place to begin and end the day. The bedrooms are roomy and each has a walk-in closet and a bathroom. The hosts were relaxed and easy to work with. My husband and I ended up staying in the downstairs bedroom as it has a king bed and we gave our teenager the upstairs bedroom with the queen bed. This worked well as then we didn’t need to navigate the stairs. We recommend this property for a family vacation.

Pleasant and peaceful with perfect accommodations

Angelica was a friendly, superb communicator – she responded to our texts within minutes (sometimes seconds!) and went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable and everything went smoothly. She offered early check-in and late check-out to accommodate our flights, and there was a delicious pineapple and wine waiting for us upon our arrival. She brought over batteries for the TV remote and fixed the ignitor on the stove when it went on the fritz. 5/5!! As far as the accommodation goes, it was beautiful. The rooms were spacious, and each bedroom had A/C and large ensuite bathrooms. The centre of the house was an indoor/outdoor area, with the pool in the centre - the pool was maintained several times over the course of our stay. The location was ideal. The house was only two blocks from the beach, and away from the noisy bustling streets of central Tamarindo. Yet everything was accessible, with a supermarcado just down the street and a variety of restaurant options only a few blocks away. One thing worth mentioning is that you are visiting Costa Rica, a land well known for its bugs. We quickly learned to use bug spray and keep the lights low at night as that helped keep the bugs at bay. Highly recommend!

Casa Colonial with pool

Great property. Pool in enclosed courtyard. Bedrooms are separated along the courtyard. Kitchen and living room are also in the courtyard, but covered and very comfortable. Walk to town in 15 minutes.

One of the nicest places we have stayed - We really enjoyed this Nicaguan-Style open courtyard type home - Great privacy and easy living with our own pool and all the amenities we were looking for. This is in an area of upscale homes and hotels and we would love to stay here again. We liked the proximity with Tamarindo in walking distance but far enough away to make when we wanted peace and quiet. Lots of space and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful with everything we needed.

Honeymooning in heaven!

We were on a 2 week honeymoon. We wanted a nice, comfortable, safe and most importantly a private place. Casa Colonial was it. I can't begin to say how perfect it was for us and our family. The first week it was just the 2 of us and having a private enclosed pool area right out the bedroom and next to the living room was incredible. The place was clean, very secure and the check-in and check-out was a breeze. The 2nd week of our honeymoon we had my brother, his wife and their 2 teenaged, surf-crazy kids join us at the house. Plenty of room for all of us and the surf was just down the road. The best surfing trip they ever had! We are already planning to stay here again for our 1st anniversary. Highly recommended!

Beautiful beaches, great surfing areas, warm mostly sunny weather and great nature.
Only 1 hour drive to Liberia International airport. Tamarindo is a multi cultural beach village, very international and has a good selection of restaurants, shops and cafe's. Langosta is only 1 mile from Tamarindo's center.
