Casa Vista, truly a fantastic vacation rental home that offers all the amenities and comforts that will keep you coming back year after year. Casa Vista is situated a few hundred meters off the beach near Tamarindo's main public beach access. The slight elevation allows you to enjoy the nice breezes, and also the oceanviews. The house is close enough to the beach and town so that you can walk everywhere, but located in a residential neighborhood, thus making this home very peaceful and quite. Casa Vista is basically a small private oasis of comfort in the foothills just off the beach. Casa Vista offers 3 bdrms and 2.5 baths. Two rooms have king size beds and the third room two twin beds. Everything in the home is working really well, from the electrical outlets to the ceiling fans, furniture, fridge, stove, kitchenware, etc. There are plenty of sheets and towels, all high-end and high count sheets for your comfort. and BBQ Casa Vista offers beautiful tropical gardens, a spacious and nice front yard where the pool and ocean views are located. There are plenty of nice lounge chairs with cushions for your comfort, so drifting away comes quite easy. Inquire for more information today

Had a great time at the unit, but was a challenge with all the steps entering the house. The lights after dark for the steps need replacing. Definitely need a vehicle to go to and from the beach or shopping areas.

Amazing week in Tamarindo!

We stayed at Casa Vista as 6 couples and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was very clean and well taken care of. We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard and cooling off in the pool. It is about a 10min (800m) walk to the main strip. Returning to the home may take a little longer as it sits atop of a moderately steep hill, which is necessary for the amazing views and cool breeze. Jumping in the pool as soon as you return home from a day at the beach has to be a top 5 swim of your life. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for some peace and quite away from the busy city centre, but still close enough to the action with a quick walk. Miguel was a great host and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was as expected. 10/10

Large hill and many stairs

The pool was wonderful. The house could use some TLC. Only real problem was had no way of knowing the large hill leading up to house and amount of stairs. Being unable to use over a few stairs due to disability made this a real problem for me. Maybe let people know this to avoid problems for older and handicapped people like myself. Very disappointing.

Fantastic Authentic Villa

The Villa has a great,authentic vibe to it. It has rustic elements to it that made you feel like you are in Costa Rica. The kitchen is a bit dated but had all the items you need for your stay. We bought groceries at a near-by store as we like to cook at home. All the bedrooms were a great size. The two large bedrooms have king size beds. The master has its own bathroom, and the second and third bedroom share a bathroom. Lots of towels to use which is great as you are in and out of the pool a lot! I recommend bringing water shoes as the pool bottom is a bit rough on the feet. Bring bug spray!! Lots of mosquitoes. Loved sitting on the covered patio having coffee and eating. Over-looked the pool and a nice view of the beach. Had nice breezes to keep you cool as it was hot! The Villa has a great location to access the beach. Just a short 8 min walk. Recommend going down to the beach to catch the amazing sunsets. Cannot see them as well at the villa because of the angle and the trees. The house was large enough for our party of 5. We rented a car and glad we did so that you could get to the town of Tamarindo easier and go to other areas if you wanted. There are lots of golf carts to rent if you do not want to drive a car. The only drawbacks is the new construction going on right by the villa. Nothing the owners can do about that. Steep stairs to get up to the villa. Anyone with mobility issues will have a challenge. Highly recommend.
