This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse located on the east end of Panama City Beach (family friendly end) is recently remodeled & upgraded throughout! It is across the street from beach access #6.

FREE PARKING dedicated for your stay directly in front of the townhome. Outdoor pool for days when the surf is too rough for little ones, outdoor furniture, gas grill and fire pit for fall evenings. Fenced grass covered courtyard only for residents and guests of this 18 unit complex. Perfect for small families.

Reservation includes a beach chair service that puts out and takes down two chairs and an umbrella for your each day (15 Mar - 15 Oct). There are a few other beach chairs at the property as well as a wagon to take items to the beach.

Schooner's, Cantina Del Mar, Miss Newby's & Patches are just a few of the restaurants in walking distance.

Publix Sports Complex is just a short distance away if visiting for one of the many ball tournaments.

All linens to include beach towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen for family meals.

This is our second time staying here and I have not a single thing to complain about. The property is always spotless. Everything is labeled and easy to find. It is the perfect walking distance to the beach and the pool is never crowded. We will for sure be back again!

Perfect location

We stay in Panama City Beach every year and usually pick a different place to stay every time. This place was one of our favorites!!! The townhouse was super clean and the absolute best location. It had a nice pool area and was practically right on the beach. It was away from all the crazy traffic and had several great restaurants and coffee shops close by. We will definitely come back here to stay.

A great rental

Everything was great with this rental. When you first walk in it’s obvious how clean the property was. From everything being labeled so it was easy to find, to the provided towels, and beach essentials. I do not have a single thing to complain about. We will definitely be staying again !

Great location

The location was perfect for us. Pulling up to the condo and walking directly in was nice. The balcony faced the pool with a small glimpse of ocean. Quick walk to the beach access #6. #5 was only a few steps more. Outdoor shower was nice to get all the sand off. Mattress was a bit firm. House was beautiful and smelled clean. Would absolutely stay here again. off off.

Best PCB experience yet

We were pleasantly surprised by the place with its beautiful interior and attention to detail in the availability of beach towels and gear--everything was new and felt quality. Kitchen sparkling clean with new appliances. Many options to enjoy the place on the 2 outdoor areas even if the weather's no cooperating. Nice grassy lawn for kids to play in too. Watch out for the sleeper sofa though-- the thin spring mattress was not pleasant. Perhaps host can look into a topper for it at the least.

We were stationed in Panama City Beach from 2008-2011 and fell in love with the area. When it came time to select our forever home, Panama City Beach was our instant first choice. We love the sugar white beaches and the welcoming patriotic community. Whether you prefer golden sunrises or a scenic sunset stroll, there is always something to be said about that feeling you get with your toes are buried in the sand and salty air awakens your senses. For us, it's relaxation at its best.

We love hosting families – especially when extended families can visit together. Seeing others enjoy our community is something that brings us joy. We take pride in our properties to ensure they are clean, well-stocked with everything you need to help you enjoy your vacation and travel lighter and relax.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is perfect for a small family! We are DIRECTLY across the street from beach access #5 - so no busy streets to cross with small children. The townhouses form a horseshoe - all angled toward the beach. Inside the horseshoe is a grassy area lined with palm trees and a pool in the middle. Our townhouse looks directly out to the pool and has a patio for BBQing (gas grill provided) and outdoor dining or a deck off the second floor to enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

Your reservation includes a beach chair service that puts out and takes down two beach chairs and an umbrella for you each day. All you have to do is show up! There are also additional beach chairs at the house that you are welcome to take down to the beach. There is also a wagon to help you bring items or kids to the beach each day.

We provide all your linens to include beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking family dinners. All new stainless steel appliances.

Our location is within walking distance to several great restaurants and local hang outs. Schooner's has great food, entertainment and a beach view that is unmatched. Beach Shack Pizza, Patches and Sombreros just to name a few.

A two minute drive away is St. Andrews State Park where many outdoor activities can be enjoyed, or take a quick walk to the park via the beach. Boating marinas are a two minute drive away along with more great seafood restaurant choices.

All our properties are on the Southside of Thomas Dr so there are no busy streets for families to cross. We love the close proximity to the beach and we love that there is a green area for kids to play and a pool for those who don't dig waves or sand. Everyone can find something or some place to relax when vacationing at Horseshoe Heaven.
