We had a great stay for a girls weekend. The location was great. A short drive to many attractions. Beds were comfortable. Good communication with host. Comfortable accommodation for 4 adults.

This home was clean and worked well for what we needed. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze with enough pots, pans, and cooking utensils. It was close to events we were attending so that was very convenient. We had a nice stay.

Great Weekend Stay!

The property was located away from the main roads which kept things quiet but close enough where it was easy to get around. Check in was simple, easy and the place was so clean and tidy. Everyone slept well and comfortable. Host communication was awesome too. Thank you again for the great stay!

The house was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable beds. It has quite a minimalistic vibe but was very adequate for our needs. Informed host that it could use a few more dishes i.e. small and large plates and bowls. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Great house !

The house is fully stocked and the hosts are super responsive.Beautiful home with alot of space. The outdoor patio was our favorite spot. My only complaint was when we visited in Middle of July the upstairs was unbearablly hot even with the thermostat turned down to 68. The downstairs couch is not the most comfortable, but we werent there much to care. .

Very nice and clean house. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown, Mayo Clinic, and area restaurants. Short walk to a park along the river. All that said, there are things that could have improved our stay. Some may think I'm nitpicking, but here goes: - no facial tissue (Kleenex)- only 2 wine glasses provided in a house with 4 bedrooms (we had 4 people staying)- 2 bedrooms are upstairs, the only bathroom is downstairs...a few night lights to illuminate the pathway to the bathroom would have been much appreciated- thermostat could not be lowered past 71-degrees - which is completely understandable - but there are no ceiling fans, and no box fans were provided. It would have been nice to have some air movement - especially in the upstairs bedrooms as it was in the high 80-degrees/low 90-degrees each day during our stay.- only 2 hand towels provided (again we had 4 people staying)- no dish rags provided - zero- door to the bedroom with the king bed CREAKED loudly when opening and closing. I searched the house for 3 in 1 oil but found none. We stayed 3 nights. It rained the entire 2nd day and we discovered a roof leak. I notified the owner about the leak but my notification was never acknowledged. I thought that strange. We also asked for clarification on the parking arrangements but again received no response.
