This 5 bedroom home with designer finishes, high-end furnishings and a private pool is perfect for your family and friends to create amazing memories. In the desirable Storey Lake community, this is the closest "resort like" community to the major Disney attractions (10-15 min drive to the parks).
The space
This spacious 5 bedroom townhouse can comfortably accommodate a large family or group of 10 guests.

- Home Features: 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, fully equipped kitchen, private screened-in pool, patio with outdoor furniture, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, central A.C., towels and bed linens, cable TV in living room, Smart TVs in bedrooms.

-Bedroom Layout: 1st floor- 1 Queen bedroom and 1 bunk bed room with twin over full beds. 1 shared full bath. 2nd floor- 2 king bed en-suites and 1 bedroom with twin and full bed. Bathroom for this bedroom is right outside the door in the hallway. All 4 bathrooms are full bathrooms.

-> Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils...), dining area with breakfast bar with additional seating, living room with a big flat screen smart TV, private screened in splash pool with covered lanai and patio furniture.

*GRILL - The propane gas grill and utensils are available but you have to provide the propane. The propane tank is in the grill and can be refilled at the local Publix. Any leftover gas from the previous guest is free for you to use. Please clean the grill after each use.

- Resort Clubhouse Amenities: Lazy river, resort style heated pool, splash pad, play ground, fitness room, sports area (volleyball, basketball court, mini-golf, tiki bar, kayak).

- THE RESORT: Storey Lake is a new luxurious vacation community located just 8 miles (10-15 min) from Disney, a few minutes from Universal-Sea World and the many water parks in the area. It is only 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

It is also very close to shopping areas such as the Millennia mall, Florida mall, and the outlets; top restaurants and the lovely town of Celebration inspired by Disney.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The pool was great, and communication with Josh was excellent throughout our stay. He was very responsive, accommodated our late checkout request, and proactively let us know about the minor freezer door issue in advance. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Joshua’s place is great! He and Kiana are awesome hosts. Super responsive and helpful in every way. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all the basics, and the Storey Lake community is fabulous!

The home was beautiful and extremely clean and well stocked with supplies. The home stays cool very well too. I usually bring extra supplies but it was totally unnecessary with this home. It is close and convenient to everything, including Disney World, groceries, and shopping. It’s all anyone could ask for. Having a pool was so nice to have and we used a lot. It was quite refreshing after a hot day in the park. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to communication texts in the app. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is to stay. It feels like our host really cares! Can’t wait to return.

An absolute 5-star find for our family! We stayed here for a trip to Disney World and Universal Studios, and the home could not have been more perfect. The villa was spotless and offered plenty of space for four couples and a baby to relax without stepping on each other’s toes.Having essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and soap in every bathroom made settling in effortless. Travelling with a little one can be hectic, so having access to a travel cot, highchair, and prams was an absolute lifesaver. Our little one especially loved splashing around in the backyard pool, which was delightfully warm. While we didn't end up using the barbecue grill or the community clubhouse, having access to those amenities was a great bonus.The location is unbeatable: an easy 15–20 minute drive to both Disney and Universal (traffic permitting), a straightforward trip to and from MCO airport, and several great food options within easy walking distance just outside the gates.Above all, our host was wonderfully attentive and quick to respond, swiftly resolving a minor issue we had at the community gate upon arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and wholeheartedly recommend this villa and host to any family visiting Orlando!

Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean upon arrival. House is overall great, but I would suggest plug ins for future guest. I loved how we had easy contact with our host and how they checked in on us to make sure things were going smoothly. Thank you.

Great Location

The property was perfect for our extended family’s needs, The community pool and water slide were a hit with everyone. Property is close to all major Orlando attractions as well as a reasonable commute to the beach.

Excellent Host and property.

We came for a Disney trip and the property was spacious and not misleading in description. Kids loved the pool and the resort amenities. Host was quick to address any need we had. Would definitely come back with our family of 6 plus two grandparents visiting.

Awesome property!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely home! Our hosts responded very quickly with anything we needed. Everything was just as pictured, and the furniture was very comfortable. The grill was easy to use, and the pool was great to relax in after walking around the theme parks all day.We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Getaway!

We came to Orlando to celebrate our anniversary and visit Universal Studios. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and we had tons of space and the house was just as it was pictured. The host was incredibly friendly and very responsive. We plan to return again soon!

Fantastic Disney Family Stay

The house, full of character sketches which helps enhance the Disney experience, is a perfect location for everything: all Disney properties, food market, shops, fast food options, and has a great walking path along the property over Storey Lake. A gated community, the property was quiet and friendly. Owner was very responsive, answering last-minute questions quickly and thoroughly.

Very nice property

This house was just as described and very clean. It was only a short walk to the club house and a short drive to many amenities in the area. The home owner answered our questions very quickly. I would definitely rent this property again.
