Proudly hosted by Coastal Vibe Vacations, Gulfside 314 is a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom plus bunkroom condo at Destin West Beach & Bay Resort on Okaloosa Island with wraparound balcony views of both the Gulf and the pool. Two king bedrooms, a private bunkroom with TV, sleeps 8, two bathrooms, 1,279 sq ft, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer. Complimentary beach service March through October, 700-foot lazy river, 5,000 sq ft Gulfside pool, and three hot tubs on site.

Views were great, had everything we needed. Was the perfect location for beach, pools, hottub and lazy river because its in the center of everything and same level as cross bridge for lazy river. We had the best time!

Beautiful condo

My family and I had the best time here! The condo was very nice and clean and beautiful view of the pool. My little girl loved all the amenities destin west had to offer! We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this Destin West condo. Loved the location and amenities. Very clean and had all the things you need in the kitchen. The only thing I would change is the closet not being available in the 2nd bedroom. We struggled with where to hang clothes in that room. Otherwise, the place was a perfect place to stay for vacation!

Great week at our favorite beach!

Great location and nice unit. Some of the appliances are older and in need of an upgrade, but functional. A deeper cleaning is probably due as there was some heavy dust on ceiling fans and hair in the master shower drain. Overall, great value and location. Thank you for sharing your property.

Older Spring Break

This was our 2nd time to Destin West Gulf Side. We loved our condo this year even more than last year. View was spectacular. We had an issue with our lock code but when we contacted our host someone was there immediately to help us. Would love to come back again. This was our daughter's spring break from medical school in Alabama. Last spring break she will get so who knows if we will get to travel here again but it was wonderful and we will spread the word. Thank you!

Great condo and clean!!!

Once we were able to get into condo, it was very nice. Was hoping to get an email about early check in since condo wasn't reserved on Saturday. However, this makes 2 years in a row that we weren't notified of when we could check in. Just entered code at 4:00pm CST. Definitely like the upgraded couch, love seat, and new trex patio furniture.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved the property. It was exactly as described. Also loved the beach service that was included in the rental (wish it included 4 chairs/2 umbrellas instead of just 2 chairs/1 umbrella given that the condo sleeps 8 people but that’s a minor thing). Also wish the closet in the smaller bedroom was accessible because it made storing luggage in that room more difficult. Basically there was only one real closet able to be used in the whole condo. The kids loved the big bathtub in the master bedroom. Finally, the many pools on the property (gulf and bayside) were amazing. It was a little chilly our first day there so the heated, partially covered pool was a huge plus. All in all would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break 2024

We were there for Softball/Baseball. Enjoyed the condo. It was clean. However, I never did receive an email when I could check in so I just went to the condo when it was time. That was disappointing. I'm sure we could've checked in earlier but never received an email.

Excellent beach front property in Destin West

Everything was great about this property. From the welcome pre-checkin email to the final closing of the transaction. It is well appointed and greeted us after a long day of travel. We were in this property really easily. They have made check in super easy and painless. We arrived late(around 10pm) and went straight in. All appliances, and amenities worked great. The beach is beautiful and super close. Our balcony overlooked the pool/beach and hot tub areas. It was super convenient to local shops and groceries which made getting items to prepare for our families super simple. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great condo! Perfect location

We absolutely loved G314! Easy access across the property. Very well maintained, great lay out and amount of space for our family. Only negative I have is they didn't provide any utensils for grilling so we had to get our own. Kitchen pans were very small and hard to cook a whole full size meal for our family. No actual cookie sheets, just one deep smaller one and a broiling pan. This is such a small thing, but would've made cooking for our family a bit easier. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for such a great time :)

Wonderful beach vacation!

The condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Coastal Vibe Vacations was excellent with communication. The check in process was super easy. We were happy with the location of the condo. It was on the same level as the cat walk to get across to the bayside resort pools(easy 10 min walk) So the only time we needed to take the elevator was to go to the beach and to swim in the gulf side pool. The parking garage was easily accessible to our room as well. Although we did not need it, I noticed that there was a pack and play, a box fan and a booster (chair with a tray) in the master bedroom closet! My kids loved the bunk room, it had its own tv. It was an easy walk on the beach to the boardwalk as well! We had a couple of rainy days the week that we were there, but we utilized the lazy river and the 3 whirlpool spas on property. We commented on how well the pool decks were laid out. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was perfect. The staff was pretty strict on the wrist band policy, which at first I was a bit annoyed since I had forgotten mine, but then I appreciated that they were making sure it was only Destin West guests using the amenities. My kids loved going to the bay with their goggles and nets and trying to find hermit crabs and shells. The water is shallow and calm in the bay, if I had a float I would bring one there. I will use Coastal Vibes again!
