This unique 1 bedroom place has a style all on its own. We are right in the heart of all that Jax Beach has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide privacy. Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals.

The space: Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!

We are a 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bath unit in an 8-unit complex 1 short block from the ocean (~100 yards). We have a full kitchen, dining table, and living room.

Dedicated parking for 1 car and street parking is very easy.

We love pets! $30/pet/night. No need to ask us if we allow pets. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee.

We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Smart TV streaming apps, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.

Fast wifi from Xfinity.

This is a ground-floor residence with another residence above it, so you will be able to hear the footsteps of people staying above.
If foot noise is an issue for you, please let us know, and we will help you find another perfect space!

We have a 24/7 customer service team so feel free to reach out whenever.

Neighborhood description
This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach, so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.

The location was so convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and less than a mile from a grocery store as we cooked in some days. The space was clean and as described. As a coffee drinker, it was convenient to have available coffee vs going out to purchase upon arrival. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I have stayed at this property 3 or 4 times now and I just love it. It is close to shops and restuarants and even better it is a block from the beach. The hosts respond quickly to any inquiries and the check in process was a breeze.

Perfect little place close to the beach!

This little apartment was perfect for my husband and I and our small family. Short walk to the beach, well-stocked, parking provided, and easy to access (the keypad entry meant I never had to remember a key). There was a pack 'n' play in the closet, which was an unexpected plus! And when I forgot something after checkout, the staff let me right back in and were super helpful and polite. Highly recommend!

Beach Getaway

I have stayed at other properties owned by the Nomad group including a different unit in this same building. The properties are always clean and very nice. This unit is very close to the beach and within walking distance of restuarants and shops in Jax Beach. They are very responsive if you have any questions about your stay.

About a 7-10 minute walk to the main strip of Jacksonville Beach bars and restaurants. Place was clean and in a comfortable area. Quick walk to the beach. They were very helpful and fast with responing to questions.

Adorable

I stayed here while I was a patient Mayo Clinic and I was very happy with my accommodations. The apt. is tiny but has everything you need. Easy walk to the beach and eats. Easy drive to the clinic. When I had an issue the host quickly fixed the problem. I would stay again.

The host was fine. What I was disappointed in were the fees. We were charged nearly the cost of one night for cleaning fees. The unit was barely 500-600 sq. ft. I could have that cleaned in an hour. That fee was unreasonably high.

This was a terrible experience. No room for clothes or space in the bedroom. Shower curtain fell the 2nd day and no one came replace it. Zero assistance. Except when they wanted someone wanted me ti check out.

Perfect Little Beach Retreat

I stayed during the winter for a business trip, but this place would be a perfect beach retreat for a couple! The space is very tiny -- akin to a hotel suite w/1 bedroom. Have the kitchen is such a great benefit compared to a hotel, though! It's in a small apartment complex and I did wake up early morning to some noise overhead, which is kinda expected. The area is a typical beach community -- nothing fancy.Most importantly, I felt very safe during my stay. The communication was great, and it was a great value for the location next to the beach (I imagine it was a better value during the cold months here in FL, but still a great deal!)Thank you for the hospitality!
