There is no beach view , but you are walking distance from the beach I also didn’t see a washer or dryer. We enjoyed our stay it needs some updating.

Good stay. Great location near beach. The place was clean and updated bathroom was nice. Loved the local restaurants and whole foods. The bed needs to be replaced; we would sink in the middle. I slept on the futon and husband slept in bed. Host was very accommodating to our dog which was nice.

The room smelled of mildew. The air conditioner did not work. The temp in the room was between 80-82 and the temp outside was in the upper 80’s low 90’s. Room was so hot even with the ceiling fan and the box fan on. Tried multiple times to contact the host, by phone and text message with no return communication. This was the worst place we have ever stayed at. I would never recommend this place. I’m sure this review will be deleted.

Fun place to stay! The listing mentioned washer and dryer on site, but I could not find it anywhere. I messaged the renter but did not get a response. Easy walk to the beach! Felt safe in the area!

The apartment was clean, ready, and in a great location! As short-term vacation rental owners ourselves, we felt the unit was under stocked (one kitchen towel, no paper towels, etc). We had a question about parking which was not answered promptly by the host, and therefore resulted in a complaint from a neighbor. The mattress needs to be replaced.

Perfect mini vacay!

We loved everything about the condo!It was clean and very welcoming! It was just enough space for my fiancé, myself, and our dog. The host Mandy was very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed it so much, we’re thinking of relocating to the area. Everything was in walking distance! The best part was the condo was steps from the beach! We will definitely book again!

Great Stay Just Steps Away from the Beach

Our stay was perfect. Mandy came 10 minutes after we called to bring fresh towels and help us with unlocking the door - there's a bit of a trick to it :) The neighbors were great. Everyone was so friendly and we were able to bring our Schnauzer who also had a great time. Will definitely book again!

We were down to celebrate birthday/St. Patrick’s day and this place was close to everything- we could ride or bike anywhere. Very clean, comfortable, and the A/C worked great

It was close to Mayo. It was clean. Check in was on time and easy. We went on a very warm evening and had trouble getting the air to work properly. The host answered by the next morning telling us what to do.

WiFi needs to be boosted, weak signal which makes TV to buffer alot. Shower pressure is low. Other then that great place to stay, short distance to the beach.

We truly value our guests’ comfort and feedback. We started with a soft mattress, then switched to a firmer one, but both received mixed reviews. To find the best balance, we’ve now upgraded to a brand-new medium-firm mattress that we hope will provide a comfortable night’s sleep for all.

Blue House

Great location very close to the beach. House in overall good condition. We stayed in Unit C and the bed could use replacement. We sunk into the mattress so it made for a very uncomfortable sleep. The towels and washcloths could use some upgrade as well. Offering beach towels for customer use would be great as well.

Not what expected

The place was not what i expected. It was partially clean i would say. I dont think they expected me to move the pull out futon and found dog urine under it from previous guests i would assume. The stove is a 2 burner little plug in and we had to buy our own pots and pans. Left them for the next guest. The washer and dryer were in the garage and when i asked to use them she sounded surprised. That i wanted to used them even though we were spending a week there.All though its listed with washer and fryer. Could not get them to work and eother could thr other guests. She said they were new and she didnt know why. The door locks were terrible. I still cpuldnt get it to work so my son had to open it every time. It was a pull push up anad sometuing else to open it. there was a small little blanktet for the futon to sleep on. Had to request more bedding. They shut down pur beach access after two days of being there with no warning from owner so we had to drive to the public access over a mile a way. Overall it was not the best but we managed to have a good time abyway. I will not be using her or VRBO ever again thats for sure

Our vacation home is only half block or 1 minute to the beautiful white sand beach. We're located at the end of the block so there is no through traffics that makes our place super safe for children and pets. We're few block walk to Wholefood Market, Local gourmet coffee shops, Restaurant and bars.
