When you need a break from the sun and beach; enjoy the comfort and privacy of a covered deck on a quiet street to take in the breeze off the ocean. Perfect location to brew yourself a cup of coffee, grab a beach chair and take in the beautiful sunrise that graces our shores each morning!! ( better yet, Sunrise Yoga on the beach can be easily arranged)

Chill little weekend

There aren’t enough nice things I can say! This place was so cute! Everything was exceptional. Very intimate, chill little vibe. A lot of thought has been put into this charming property. It felt very cozy with everything you may need. The host also has an amazing green thumb! The landscaping was gorgeous and gave it just the right touch. Everything is very walkable and the beach access was great. We’ll definitely be back!

Beach Cottage

This place is an absolute gem! we felt at home from the moment we stepped inside. From the decorating to the comfy bed to being stocked with absolutely everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The front porch with the surrounding gardens were our favorite spot. Loved the neighborhood and the fact that everything was so convenient.

everything is done with love and care for the guests. Just great. The location is excellent, two minutes from the beach. During our stay there was construction work on the street. This created some discomfort. Otherwise everything is fine. I recommend.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

This is a wonderful property just a block from the beach. We took the beach chairs and towels provided, and walked to the sand. So easy, so relaxing! We did laundry a couple times during our stay - so handy after getting rained on while we walked on the beach one day. We are tall, and the shower head was high! Sometimes it's the little things that matter to us! The entire unit is updated and beautiful! It was so much nicer to stay in a home than a hotel room. I could sleep a little longer while my husband made coffee and watched tv in the sitting area. We could have easily made meals in the lovely kitchen as it was equipped with everything we would need. However, we opted to check out many of the local establishments. If I could recommend one place, go have breakfast at the Brunch Haus! It's just 3 blocks away. Crossing the main road requires a little patience, but it can be done. The food, beverages, and service there are top notch! The beaches are all gorgeous! We walked Atlantic, Jax, and Mickler beaches. We also paid the small fee to walk out on the Jax Beach pier - well worth it! Have a drink on the upstairs patio at Margaritaville overlooking the beach! Check out Jekyll Brewing and Hoptinger Bier Garden. Overall, I'd rate our time in Jax Beach an 11 out of 10! Karolyn is a wonderful host! She brought us fresh baked scones one morning because she felt bad about the construction taking place in front of the rental. What a sweet gesture! You will not be disappointed!

Lovely little home

Perfect for my family of four. Home was very clean and had every thing we needed. Location was great. Only con was construction along the path to beach access, but this was only a minor inconvenience. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

Memorial Day Long Weekend

We were coming to Jacksonville for a concert at Daily’s Place and decided to stretch it out and stay a few nights near the beach. Great place to stay, very clean and modern space. Nicely decorated with a beach surf theme. Just a few steps to the beach which is beautiful and stretches on and on. Convenient to dining within walking distance. It was a great choice for our long weekend!

Great experience, awesome place walking distance to Jax’s beach downtown and 100ft to the actual beach. Went to a golf tournament and it was exactly what we need.

perfect house and location

My husband and I wanted a little spot away from the kids for the weekend. this place was PERFECT. it had everything we could need and the location was AMAZING. so close to the beach, bars , and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

A little piece of paradise!

Truly a picture perfect place with every detail thought of. Karolyn was a superb host, excellent communicator - provided a “wealth of information” (as she would say) both prior and during our stay. Literally steps away from the beach, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house is immaculate, from decor to cleanliness- not a single dust particle in sight, wow! Karolyn and Patrick have carefully selected every piece of the house- from furniture, linens and bedding to kitchenware, rugs and exterior/landscaping design. Bed and pillows were super comfortable, my husband and I slept like babies. Water pressure and temperature for the shower were perfect. The property is also extremely close to endless restaurants and cafes. Walgreens, CVS, Trader Joe’s & Publix are just a few minutes away. What a wonderful place to stay, my only regret is not staying longer, it is genuinely a “Home Sweet Home”!
