Modern and newly refurnished 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need! Large bedroom with king size bed. Couch is a sofa sleeper that offers a queen size bed. Enjoy light or heavy cooking with full size appliances and fully equipped kitchen. 10x10 Canopy, Beach chairs,small beach table, beach blanket, towels, cooler and plastic drinkware to enjoy at the beach. Connect to soundbar blue toothspeaker for tv/music to create the perfect mood! All furniture, appliances, including washer and dryer, A/C units are new! One deeded parking spot is included,
Condado is an upscale area that is going thru regentrification with many new luxury buildings being built.

The room does not over look the beach. It was dirty floor stayed wet for hours . Toilet hardly flushed . Pictures does not look like the unit need a major update . Lots of dirty and mold needs to be a dehumidifier in the unit. No WiFi. Parking stop a mess and hard to get into left my rental car with debri on it .

Sonia was easy to communicate with. Close to the beach. The apartment is in a more run down building. Construction is being done to the building. We could hear and see construction workers out the window of the apartment. It woke me up early in the morning during the week. The pull out sofa bed is uncomfortable. The apartment is near a lot of stores and restaurants.

Great Location, Older Building

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a trip to Puerto Rico for the Bad Bunny concert. The building itself is definitely older and not as well maintained, but the apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. The best part was the location—just one block from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the area. Not a luxury stay, but a convenient and comfortable spot if you want to be close to the beach and local attractions.

Great location. Everything you need is right there. The beach, shops, restaurants, and other attractions are right outside your door. Kitchen is small but has everything you need for preparing meals at the condo. Great A/C. Comfortable, large bed in the bedroom, which is also big. If you are going to the beach, you’ll find everything you’ll need in the condo as well. Check-in is super easy and the owner is easy to get in touch with if needed. Good WiFi. I worked from the unit for several days and never had issues internet connection. TVs in the bedroom and living room with steaming services ready to watch.

Our stay was amazing!! The location was great. Everything was in walking distance. The beach, restaurants, stores and shops, you name it. It was great to see the gentrification of the city for future tourists to visit.

Great Host

My #1 critique is always cleanliness and this apartment most definitely met my expectations. The neighborhood was busy and provided all our necessities - groceries, pharmacy and liquor stores. The beach was a short walk and the host provides beach chairs and towels. We had a great time. Sonia was responsive and helpful. Thank you so much.

GREAT LOCATION ONLY!!! DIRTY UNKEPT PROPERTY!!

I came to San Juan, Puerto Rico for my Birthday weekend. Arrived at the location and was in total shock. The building was old and unkept from the outside. Big red flag. Parking space was tight, debris and water were falling onto car once parked. Tried to access the elevators that were down for hours, however, we did use the stairs. Once inside the property it smelled like mold and was not cleaned. It seemed like someone had just left and did not clean up behind themselves. Tables in living room that had mirrors on them were dirty, the kitchen stove was dirty and had paper and straws on the counter. The bathroom had a small piece of soap in the shower floor and bubbles like it was recently used. To top it off the toilet was used and not flushed. Made contact with the owner about the cleanliness of property and she stated that she had a new cleaner and was on the west coast of the U.S. I didn't care about her whereabouts; however, the property should have been cleaned considering I booked it, and she knew I would be present. She sorts of laughed it off which was weird and insisted that her cleaner did clean the property. I have pictures to clearly prove different. We were out a lot due to the overwhelming smell of mold in this property, but the location is key to beach access and nightlife. I would love to return and stay at a Marriott resort or something similar but never this location. Pictures are not what the property look like.

Just as expected

Sonia was excellent to work with. Property was as described. Close to a great beach and restaurants. Only thing that we would mention that needs improved is the (low) temperature of the water in the shower. Luke warm showers are really our thing. Otherwise, property was awesome!

Location, location

Prime location, close to everything, walking distance from the beach, bars, and good food. Downside: renovated apartment within an old building, check in was easy thanks to the host but semi-inconvenient given placement of things. Host is easy to reach and responds quickly.

Everything we needed!

We had a great stay at Sonia’s! She was very helpful with our check in. Read over the packet she sends before you go, she did a great job of including photos. Everything was walking distance, we ate somewhere new every night. Walgreens just a corner away! Washer and dryer were a plus for our week long stay. A secure parking spot for our rental. Enjoyed a night cap at Patrick’s during the week. 4 lawn chairs came in handy for the beach. There was some construction going on next to the building, so just a heads up on that but that won’t deter us from staying again. Overall we had a great time, felt very safe, and would recommend Sonia’s condo!

Great listing and amazing location

The property was great!! Whether you are looking for a weekend stay or for week long remote work trip ! Very close to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars !! Would definitely come the VRBO if I’m visiting San Juan again!
