Stayed here for a family vacation with 16 of us and had a great time. The house has ample rooms and bathrooms for everyone and the deck by the water was a favorite.

Was a great location for a large group - 10 guys but could easily accommodate more with people sharing bed.The master bedroom upstairs has a great balcony view (and there’s an elliptical in there too). Backyard, while a little small, has plenty of room to sit and look at the water with multiple sitting areas. Front yard is big enough to play cornhole. We used the propane grill in backyard to cook which was fine, but the charcoal grill / smoker looked as though it hadn’t been used in awhile.Less than 10 minute walk to blue water grill and Ali’s as well as Roxanne’s dinner for breakfast.TVs were nice in the family room and basement. Dry sauna in the basement (as well as the pool table) were great to have as well as the hot tub in the back porch.A bit of a nitpick but would have liked the kitchen to be a little more stocked with some accessories (no blender, no slow cooker, no aluminum foil or extra paper towels, which I would just bring myself if I stay here again), but had everything else including an extra refrigerator downstairs.Overall - great place and would recommend. Host was attentive as well!

The house was big, clean, and in a great location. It was a wonderful choice for our family of 8 adults and 9 children/teens. The beach, hot tub and pool table were great to have. The proximity to the park and marina were great too. We enjoyed our stay in this home.

Very personable, friendly, this home was set up nicely. We all enjoyed our stay. Cleaned up easily before we left and enjoyed the view of the lake the most! Watching the sun come up, go done and our guests were so impressed with the comfort and accommodation.

This is a gorgeous property. Extremely clean and well kept. The host was very friendly and helpful. The price was the most reasonable of all the properties I stayed at (4 others) for the weekend. Definitely best value home. Great views and location. Would absolutely stay again!

2025 vacation

Nice property with friendly neighbors. The house was beautiful with lots of room. The boys took over the basement and said it’s the best vacation they’ve had. We love rock hunting and found some good ones. The owner was great about keeping in touch with us and telling us about things going on in the area. I would diffidently recommend this place.

I enjoy spending time with my large family and an even larger group of friends. This property is beautifully located in the middle of a slow-moving town, next to the Marina, and close to a very nice cozy locally owned restaurants, right on the beach of Huron River and large enough to fit a large group of people.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our "home away from home" is located right in the heart of Pt. Sanilac, next to the Marina and a boat dock. It also has a brand new jacuzzi tub that can fit up to 7 people. Jacuzzi undergoes regular cleaning and maintenance. This house has two full size kitchens, all mattresses have been recently replaced, three TVs an outdoor built-in grill with a gas cooktop, and a very large, covered deck.
