This was the perfect stay for our family trip. The house has everything one could need to cook or grill out and was exactly as the listing described. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house! We loved the house and the pool! We went to the beach each day which was right down the road. The location was great and close to restaurants and groceries. Would definitely recommend.

The house exceeded our expectations in every respect. Communication with the landlord via the Fewo-direkt chat was always fast, helpful, and straightforward. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. We would love to come back.

Great location, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The pool and outdoor kitchen were a wonderful and a great way to ease into happy hour and dinner. Property manager was responsive and quick to answer any questions.

This was our first time renting a vrbo and it was the best experience. Great location, house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for us all to hang out after a great day outdoors. Beach vibe gave that vaca feel and very clean! Very private backyard, pool was clean, hot tub was a bonus and outdoor kitchen and seating was great as well! Host very responsive and detailed. Would highly recommend!

John’s beach house is divine! It’s so well laid out and full of everything needed for vacation. The bed is super comfortable and the primary bath/shower is extraordinary. Plenty of towels too. The pool and hot tub are awesome. John gave us some great recommendations for meals and a great tip to check out Massaro’s Italian market in St. Pete; don’t miss it or the tiramisu.

This home is wonderful! With 2 kids and a dog we had an amazing stay! Everything you need is at your fingertips and I over packed! Very clean and beautifully decorated comfortable home! John the host is very accommodating and I asked a few questions and was always available and answered quickly, we would love to come back and when we do this home is where we would stay! Thanks John

We loved the house! It was perfect, we had a family of 6 and was extremely comfortable. Pool area was amazing and great neighborhood! Our family would definitely stay here again. John was awesome to work with. Close to several beaches! Indian Rocks was our favorite.

Incredible Getaway!

Came here for a girls trip and the home is absolutely charming! The decor, style, and cleanliness of the property made the trip 100x better. Everything was very clean, wonderful pool, in nice neighborhood with everything you need!

This is a beautiful home. The pool and outside area are gorgeous and perfect for hanging out and cooking for a group. The house was very clean and neat. The host was great with communication. 10/10 stay.

Wonderful stay

There were 7 of us staying. The property was perfect for getting together. The communal space was very comfortable with all of us in the room. It still afforded us with private space with the pool area and screened porch. I personally really enjoyed the reading nook.
