This space is available in the heart of Orlando, Florida!

This property is fully equipped to host up to 2 guests! This is an apartment attached to a home with its own private entrance. Kitchenette with counter top cooking appliance and basic cooking needs. FULLY FURNISHED with dining table, queen size bed and 50" TV with Amazon fire stick. There are 2 pools, a gym, tennis courts, soccer field, children's playground and walking trails all available to you. This is all within walking distance. There is a big pond directly across the street. Street side parking available. 20 minutes from Orlando Airport (MCO) and theme parks.

Awesome Valentines weekend getaway

The apartment was spotless, very well decorated as you see in the pictures, and the owner has literally thought of everything!!! The mattress was heaven as well as the pillows. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Will definitely book again when returning to Orlando.

Another Great Stay

Tho host responds quickly to any request you may have. The property is very clean and and is well equipped to handle any of your needs. This is my second year staying at this location. Both times were great!

Our recent stay at this Vrbo was simply outstanding, and we're brimming with gratitude for the wonderful experience it provided. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Its proximity to the highway made exploring both Orlando and Tampa effortless, allowing us to make the most of our time in the area. Additionally, the walkable neighborhood added a charming touch to our experience, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local surroundings. We're also incredibly thankful for the superb communication from the property manager, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. In summary, this Vrbo exceeded all expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-stocked retreat in the Orlando area.

Home Away from Home

Brian's place was truly my home away from home for the last 4 months. It was the perfect space and exactly what I needed as I moved to Kissimmee for an internship. The house is located off a main street in the neighborhood, as long as you keep an eye out for cars, it was quite safe. Brian allowed me to park on the driveway, which was quite convenient. The exterior of the house is well-lit and the private entrance to the mother-in-law suite on the side of the house has a keypad lock--I felt safe at all times. Inside it is the perfect amount of space for one person, a couple, or even a small family. The kitchenette includes an air fryer, convection stovetop, full fridge, coffee maker, and microwave; which was more than enough to fulfill my cooking needs. The bedroom includes a bed, nightstand, dresser, and large walk-in closet. Brian even brought over a desk during my stay, which was a nice addition to the bedroom. The bathroom was nice with a full shower, toilet, and vanity. As I mentioned, I felt at home, probably because this was a home. The area is directly attached to the house, with bolted double doors separating you. You are able to hear the people in the house (or the dog) from time to time, and the master bathroom is directly on the other side of your bedroom wall. With that being said, Brian and his family were more than considerate when it came to noise, constantly communicating with me. The neighborhood itself is very nice-- many walking trails, two community gyms/pools nearby, and even a friendly alligator in the pond! I felt very safe and secure living here. Overall, this stay was a great experience and I would highly recommend this spot for short or long-term stays. Brian and his wife were very welcoming, quick to communicate, and cater to any needs you may have. I hope to return to Orlando and will look to stay here again.

Super nice apartment. Would stay again.

Husband and I stayed two nights. Apartment very clean and nice. Bedroom had plenty of room. Bathroom very clean and good size. Nice, new kitchen. No stove or oven in kitchen but would never use it anyway. Portable electric burners available if wanted to cook with stovetop. I would definitely stay there again.
