House steps from the beach and nightlife.

The house is at a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarket, pharmacy and at about 7 minutes drive from the airport or to Old San Juan.

The house is relatively small. Two of the sleeping rooms have AC and two beds each. A third room has a fan and a futon.
It's a place to enjoy while behaving, no loud parties or crowds are allowed to consider the neighbors.
The space
The house is small but is a perfect space for a couple, or even groups up to 4. One of the two bedrooms has two twin size beds, and the beds can be joined in one of the bedrooms to accommodate a couple. The second slleeping room has a bunk bed full size bellow and twin on top. The third room has a futon bed and a fan. (no AC in this room)

The house is near the beach and the quickly up and coming (yet down to earth) neighborhood of Calle Loiza in San Juan. A place where one can walk to whatever one needs. The house is located in San Juan, It has typical ’70's Puerto Rican architecture, a characteristic of the working class neighborhood it resides in. It’s made of concrete, has old encaustic floors, a small backyard with plants and chairs, 10 foot ceilings that keep it fresh, and a small balcony facing the street and friendly neighbors. It's not a fancy house, yet I find beauty in it's simplicity and cozy atmosphere. I look forward to sharing it with guests looking for the same vibe during their visit to the island.

• One bath towel is provided for each guest (Please keep them in the house. You’ll need to bring your own beach towel or if you’re packing light, you can find them in a local store for around $5.)

Guests will have the house to themselves.
Other things to note
The guests must be considered of the neighbors and keep volume levels to a minimum.
