Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay here! It was walking distance to everything around us. We came to buffalo for a concert that took place at KeyBank arena and it was perfect to walk! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and the owners of the property were very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed !

Great overall experience for an over night stay. The house was cheaper than a hotel stay for the night. The house was nicely decorated and is close to many bars and restaurants.

Nice place to stay

This was an awesome place to stay. Beds were very comfortable. Place was spacious and had everything we needed. One suggestion would be to put an outside light on for those who arrive late. Would stay there again.

Very spacious living room

This room is very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The manager is very easy to communicate. We had good time staying there.

Great place

We stayed for 1 night. It was a great location for the proximity of the event we were attending. The owners were very knowledgeable of the area. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured on the website. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something in this area!

Vacation

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Close to Canalside and everywhere we had planned to visit. You could tell the place was older and they had worked very hard to update the place and make it look more modern. Very clean. The location was a little sketchy but my family and I never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay there again!

Convenient, no hassle stay

Just a short ride to Keybank Center (.8) made this place convenient after a concert. Nicely decorated. Great communication. No hassles.

Excellent Experience & Property!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The accuracy of the listing was spot on, the cleanliness was top notch, and the communication with David was quick and responsive! We were in Buffalo for a Sabres game and the location is ideal and is a quick 5 minute ride to the arena and is even walkable if weather was decent! On-street parking was a bit of a concern prior to arrival but there was absolutely ZERO issue as there was plenty of street parking right in front of the property!

Terrible neighborhood

We didn’t even bother staying the night. When we checked in a 9pm the house next to us was clearly doing some drug dealing. There was a male waiting outside and random cars would park and shady men were meeting him periodically and we could see there were hand offs. My wife and I did not feel comfortable enough to spend the night so we decided to pack up and leave. Very disappointing. It makes sense that one of the house rules was to not go outside into the backyard.

This property is absolutely disgusting. The pictures in the post conveniently leave out all of the unfinished parts of the apartment. There was damage to doors and walls. There were spots left unpainted. It was the dirtiest rental i have ever seen. We opened the silverware drawer to find mouse poop and dead bugs. The furniture was dirty, gross, and stained and the sheets were dirty as well. This property is a health hazard and smelled horrible. I immediately had an asthma attack upon entering. After finding a new place to stay shortly after arriving, I contacted the host who questioned what time we got there and was very rude in his responses. The reviews on this property are definitely fake, it is absolutely NOT CLEAN. Do not stay here. We took photos but vrbo does not allow us to upload them. We will be formally complaining about this property and providing the photos to Vrbo as the host did not take our concerns seriously when we reached out.
