Beautiful and Spacious Hacienda Ranch Home!

Ranch house close to the famous Camarillo Outlets and The Collection in Oxnard. Conveniently close to the 101 freeway. Our house is very centrally located to many sightseeing locations (Santa Barbara, Malibu, Solvang, Ojai). We have local wineries and are just 45 minutes away from wonderful wineries in Santa Barbara. The property is only 15 minutes away from Ventura and Oxnard beaches.
The space
Our Hacienda style home is spacious and bright with a lot of natural lighting. We have central heating throughout the house and a cozy fire place in the main livingroom. We also have some modern touches installed throughout the house. For example, we have an intercom/music system with speakers in every room and backyard.

Please be advised that 3 bedrooms are upstairs and 1 downstsirs.

Non Smoking Home. Smoking permitted in backyard but we ask door and windows be closed to keep smoke out.

Our home has caught the attention of very well known film producers. Despite its rural location camera crews and staff felt very welcomed by the community.

We give you the experience of Mexico without having to travel to Mexico. In the morning you are awakened by the local farm animals(roosters, birds, horses). The home is surrounded by very active churches and church members. On the weekends you can just cross the street and enjoy home made tortillas and authentic Mexican Food.
Guest access
Guests will have access to high speed WiFi, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, washer/dryer, karaoke (upon request and must be supervised by an adult) and much more amenities. Guests will also be able to purchase seasonal organic fruits and vegetables from the farm for an additional cost.

The home is surrounded by local churches which make it normal for cars to be parked on the street. However that is a non issue for our guests as parking will be private inside the property.
Other things to note
Guests will have access to closets, bed sheets, blankets, towels and amenities such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc. We encourage guests to bring their own shampoo and soap as brands provided may not be what they use. We offer options to rent 1 room, 2 rooms, 3 rooms. The max amount of guests is 9. The house can accommodate more upon request, however it is $50 more per person/per night.

NOTE. Airbnb property is shared wirh owners. The house is very spacious and owners are very respectful to privacy. Only space occupied by owners is their private bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the house is for guests. They accept any questions for further clarifications.
