Absolutely loved this little home! I came to town to visit some friends & this wonderful home was a perfect location to host dinner with them. The backyard was truly dreamy to sit on the patio while we grilled. The house was so clean & comfortable. A great location, it was just a short walk to town. The host was so kind & easy to communicate with. They also provided information about local eateries & fun touristy sites. 10/10 VRBO & anytime I travel back to Durango, I hope to stay here again!

This was a comfortable older that has been rehabbed in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown shopping and entertainment. You can walk there if you like and avoid finding a parking spot. We also walked to the train depot. We were told before we checked in that they were working on the internet and they were able to get into service the next day. The kept in touch with us as they reached a solution. It was warm in Durango in July. there is a window AC unit in the back bedroom. The rest of the house got only a little warm in the late afternoon, and then cooled off nicely. I would stay there again.

Really clean, updated house in easy walking distance to downtown. Fully fenced backyard for your pet. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.
