Mayoli is a little out of town, but sooo worth the uber ride. We had 3 excursions booked and they came right to the home to pick us up. The pool and outside area was GREAT for our party of 6. Fresh eggs from the little family farm below. Spacious enough for 6 adults. I even got to ride a bull from the farm and property was large enough for our own hikes for bird watching. Don't wait, book now!

The best stay in La Fortuna

Oscar was very wonderful thru our reservation process and our stay. This house was AMAZING!! The backyard was definitely the highlight of our stay. Highly recommend if you are looking into staying in La Fortuna. Close to restaurants, shops, and excursions.

The view!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for 6 adults. It was nice to get out of town not only for a more peaceful stay, but the view!! And...someone was nearby to help one couple who locked themselves out of the house in only their swim suits 😆....much appreciated!

Quick but amazing stay

Oscar was a great host - the view is amazing and the location to the activities we wanted to do was perfect. The only things I would like to see improved are more places to hang or put your clothes and the main area was not air conditioned so it made it difficult to all hang out in the center area. The pool was great and the outdoor cabana was wonderful.

Exactly what we were wanting. View was amazing! Our host Oscar was the best. Oscar set up all our tours and transportation with no stress. Our tour guide was exceptional. We loved the experience we had in Costa Rica!!!

A great stay in a beautiful spot

2 adults and 4 kids. The house was perfect. The pool was great. The view spectacular. Oscar was super helpful. It is outside of town so have transportation or plan to get rides to and from (Oscar helped us with 6 person taxis!) The kitchen was totally serviceable for cooking, which we did, but travelers should note that there's only a stovetop (no oven) and a grill outside.

Great property

We spent 3 nights here with a family of 11. The views are great of the volcano, and the pool was very nice. The house is well maintained and as described in the listing. The location peaceful and quiet. I would note that it about a 15 minute drive into La Fortuna. There is a wonderful little restaurant just down the road. The wifi worked well. The house was a little smaller than it seems in the pictures and the common area was a bit crowded for our large group but there is nice gathering area outside and by the pool. Overall, it worked well for our family.

La Fortuna

Amazing view. Had a great time with out family. Did have to reach out for check-in information the day before to customer service. The manuals in the home were great but when scanning the QR code for tours it was linked to whats app and never received a reply. We did end up scheduling our own tour outside of using the QR codes which is always a little scary since being out of the country and not knowing who to trust. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Amazing view and amazing property

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed at this beautiful property during our time in Arenal. It's about 15min drive outside of La Fortuna so if you want to be closer to town, maybe that's a downside but we found it just fine. The amazing view and calmness of the area more than made up for it. I had a great contact with Oscar - he was incredibly helpful and responsive. I couldn't find the final details for check-in but once I called him he gave me everything within minutes and it was seamless. The property is great. We didn't do much cooking at the house but it was amazing to wake up to the views, drink coffee and start our day. The pool is beautiful and the kids loved the farm animals at the nearby farms. It was very clean and well appointed for everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to our friends to stay there and hopefully when we return again!
