The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to cook a meal as well as some condiments. Feel free to use anything you find.

Each bedroom is stocked with extra sheets and towels. There is a set of twin sheets and a twin comforter for the pullout couch in the bedroom closet as well.

Each room has its own smart TV. Feel free to log into any of your accounts to watch another app. Please don’t forget to log out of your accounts when you leave.

There is a security system but will be completely off during your stay. The only recording device on the premises is the doorbell. The thermostat is pre-set, but feel free to adjust the thermostat as needed. It will automatically run its schedule at certain times during the day.

The overhead lighting in the bedrooms and living room is dimmable. The lighting in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom has a nightlight with one click of the switch and full light with 2 clicks of the switch. The exhaust fan in the bathroom will automatically detect steam when the blue light is on, when the yellow light is on the fan will run. The vanity light in the bathroom is also dimmable and has 3 lighting options to choose from.
Enjoy the Kansas mornings with coffee or the evenings grilling on the patio. There is rope lighting that turns on by the switch near the kitchen door.
