The absolute best part of this house is the pool/porch/backyard/lake area. It is very relaxing to sit on the porch at all times of day and enjoy the variety of birds on the lake. The pool was refreshing and equipped with an assortment of floats and toys. The house itself is as pictured in the listing. It was very clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The living/kitchen/dining area and the master bedroom were very spacious while the other two bedrooms are much smaller and all available space taken up by the beds. We did appreciate the waterfall shower in the master bath and the plush bathrobes. The kitchen had most of the basics but lacked some cooking essentials like salt and pepper. Additional cutlery is needed especially for a larger group as there were only 3 forks of each size. Extra supplies of pods and paper goods would be helpful, but fortunately the Publix is only a mile away. The living area is equipped with a very large and comfortable sectional. Unfortunately there is no coffee table and only one very small end table. Dressers in the bedrooms would also be helpful for those of us who donât like living out of a suitcase. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and due to how itâs positioned, the backyard is very private. We had to contact Greg several times as there were no instructions in the house for the HVAC, TV etc and he always responded very promptly to our queries. Thank you for hosting us.
