Notre maison d'hÎtes Garden Home est une belle maison de deux chambres et demie de deux chambres et demie sur West 3rd Avenue. Faites une courte promenade pour dßner en ville, ou profitez de la vaste piste qui longe les rives de l'Animas à quelques pùtés de maisons de la maison. Ou simplement s'asseoir sur le porche classique donnant sur ce quartier calme de la vieille ville bordée d'arbres immenses. Sentez-vous bien de prendre des vacances vertes ... cette maison a un systÚme solaire PV de 4. 5 KW fournissant 100% de l'électricité utilisée sur la propriété!

Le Garden Home est dĂ©corĂ© dans un style de jardin serein avec un mobilier de haute qualitĂ© et des Ɠuvres d'art originales. Il ya une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz complĂšte et un four, un lave-vaisselle, beaucoup de vaisselle et des casseroles pour prĂ©parer un repas de fĂȘte pour votre famille. Toutes les petites choses comme le cafĂ©, l'huile et les Ă©pices sont lĂ  pour vous faire sentir Ă  la maison. Aussi une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse de taille complĂšte pour votre utilisation avec des fournitures fournies. Deux belles chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage ont des matelas queen haut de gamme pour une nuit de sommeil confortable. Il y a des couettes et beaucoup de serviettes et de draps supplĂ©mentaires.

Vos enfants et vos chiens s'amuseront en explorant le sentier de la nature à l'arriÚre de la colline, clÎturé en toute sécurité.

Le Purgatory (DMR) est Ă  30 minutes en voiture, oĂč vous pourrez skier parmi les meilleurs du Colorado. Ou simplement rester dans et faire du pop-corn et profiter de nos meubles en cuir confortables, DVD Collection, TV LCD avec Dish et une petite bibliothĂšque de grands livres, et bien sĂ»r sans fil Internet haute vitesse. Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e a des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et des planchers de tuiles d'ardoise avec la chaleur du plancher pour votre confort d'hiver. La salle Ă  manger a une porte vitrĂ©e qui s'ouvre sur une cour privĂ©e couverte d'un treillis, un endroit idĂ©al pour un dĂźner romantique al fresco.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The kitchen and eating area were spacious and worked very well for socializing during meal prep and eating. The back patio was quiet and cool, perfect for reading and relaxing. The dogs loved lying out there also.

My family stayed at the beautiful Garden Home from 9/14 to 9/17 to celebrate several milestone birthdays. We had a fabulous time. The home is in a great neighborhood that is perfect for walking. The home is VERY clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Our host was very responsive and attentive. We will definitely stay here again.

Unique and Homey Stay

We had an amazing stay here in Durango for 3 nights- the house is fully stocked with anything you could need (including basic condiments and spices in the kitchen which is a huge plus). Holly was very welcoming and made the check-in process a breeze. Would absolutely recommend staying here, I hope to again in the future!

This place was GORGEOUS!! It felt like a garden dream house. The space created such warmth, comfort and respite for our family. We slept with the windows open. The weather was perfect. Lovely clean home in nice, quiet neighborhood with an abundance of deer to watch. The central AC was absolutely great, the kitchen was equipped with anything you may need, and the patio with outside grill was nice to have. The master bed mattress was firm but comfortable for us. The home is a easy walk to a local park with playground equipment if you have kids, and a nice lawn to walk your dog. Very convenient location to downtown shops and restaurants. The backyard is essentially a hill and although fenced, it’s not really usable but the neighborhood is walkable and the nearby park worked for us. We enjoyed our stay and would sty here again!

Weekend grip

The home was beautiful, great location and had everything we could’ve needed. There were people working on the exterior of the home when we arrived but once we notified the host she was quick to offer a solution and amend things for us to ensure a great stay! We would definitely stay here again when in Durango!

Cute house great front porch

Home was close to downtown and the grocer. Comfortable beds in each room. Enjoyed reading on the front porch, in a rocking chair. Nice big TV which seated most of us. We spent all our days touring nearby National Parks/Monuments/Museums, so location was perfect.

A home away from home

We really felt this way the last couple times we stayed here. My family is so comfortable here, we can ride bikes to animas trail and downtown. It's a super cozy yet ample room my family of 4. We love sitting on the front porch!

Family weekend away

Our family of 4 came out for a quick weekend retreat to relax and enjoy Durango’s activities. This house was the perfect location for both downtown restaurants and shops as well as the hot springs. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was roomy and the yard was perfect for letting our dogs out in the cold alone. We will definitely come back!

Great location close to everything

Very nice stay. The house has a well stocked kitchen, mini splits for staying comfortable, and comfy beds. Close to downtown while off the main road means quiet mornings on the porch.

Not your average “Grandma’s House”

We stayed at this beautiful historic home in Durango for nearly three weeks and truly enjoyed our time. The house has a quiet charm and a comforting, nostalgic feel—like a place that’s been loved for generations.Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it had just the right mix of character and comfort. It reminded us of a family home you look forward to visiting year after year—peaceful, inviting, and easy to settle into.We’re grateful for the experience and would gladly return. Wonderful property

Perfect home for two couple with bathrooms for each bedroom and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space on the main level. Great location in Durango easily walkable to downtown over a gorgeous swinging bridge. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Attention to Detail

Two friends, my wife and I and our dogs stayed at Casa Durango for Memorial Day weekend to visit family and participate in the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic events in and around town. The house is warm, comfortable, clean and met every need. From the convenient location to the proximity to my sister’s place, the lovely poppies in the yard in full bloom, vibrant houseplants, beautiful artwork hanging on the walls, inviting spaces and cozy privacy with high ceilings and lots of light, modern appliances blended seamlessly with mountain Victorian charm. This place has it all. The attention to detail made it a very comfortable and luxurious experience that I would recommend to anyone planning a visit to Durango.

Location to downtown Durango, the River Trail, the library, and the Recreation Center. This is the best neighborhood in Durango!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Quiet old-town neighborhood that is super safe and close to the river trail and downtown. This is a gorgeous house, very family and pet friendly, and the back yard is super private, and now totally fenced for dogs and kids. Also I love how there is an outdoor arbored patio right off the kitchen for indoor/outdoor meals and entertaining. Great Weber BBQ. The beds are new and amazingly comfortable with super nice sheets and great down blankets. Beautiful house, lots of light, great place for a family to enjoy Durango.
