This designer home is perfect for larger families. It is steps from the beach and your own private heated pool in the backyard to relax and enjoy Holden Beach. (There is a $100 per day rate to heat the pool - Advance notice is required and must include check in day) Sleeps up to 10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, outdoor pool shower, deck with ocean view and pergola with BBQ & fire table. One row from Ocean Blvd. and a short walk to the public beach access. Holden Beach has plenty of room to spend the day on the sand & in the waves and enjoy the incredible sunsets each night.

Overall the house was amazing for our family vacation! We were close to the beach and backyard pool set up was perfect for our needs. The hosts were communicative and helpful!

The Copa house was exactly what we hoped for. Space and room and comfy beds and an amazing outdoor space to enjoy. It was a half block up and half a block over to get to the beach which wasn't bad and they had beach chairs and supplies to use. We made great memories here.

Stayed for a week and had everything that we needed for cooking. House is very clean and well organized. House has top locks which made us feel safer with toddlers and a pool. The pool has a huge hit for us. Plenty of entertainment area for the whole family. Definitely will be come back.

The house was wonderful! We have never stayed at a house that was so well decorated as this one. The whole time we were there we continued to admire as well as get decorating ideas from this house! Absolutely beautiful!We spent many hours on the back porch! Even took a few naps! EVEN had a massage on the back porch! Very relaxing!We loved the location and the pool! We make trips every year about this time and anticipate the trip all year long. This did not disappoint!So why 4 stars? Actually, I wish I could make it 4.5 but can't. Each bathroom had some kind of issue. I will write the owner about these. But one example is that in the description, a jetted tub is listed. And there is a jetted tub. But the jets are turned off for "obvious reasons." IDK I used the tub once anyway because it was nice and deep. The longer I sat in the tub the more I noticed black flakes floating around me!! I am assuming it was mold that had collected inside the jets that had broken loose by the hot water. One of the reasons we take this vacation is to get away from all the fast pace of the world. And for the most part that happened. But my goodness the text messages from the host! Just in the last day before we left, we received six text messages saying the same thing! And one email! My suggestion is to turn off your notifications on VRBO once you have read the first one and know what they expect. But would we stay there again? Absolutely! I would just lower some of my expectations.

Cute house with a great pool and outdoor living space, only a short walk to the beach. The indoor living space is tight for a full house but more than adequate. FYI the laundry is in one of the bedrooms.

Relaxing and Family Friendly

Enjoyed our stay and relaxing in the pool with the grandchildren. Beach, restaurants and other activities all within walking distance. First time at Holden Beach and would definitely consider staying at the Copa on a return visit.

Great property and location

My family had a great time at this property. It was a quick walk to the beach and the large pool was great. Also a ~5min walk to a few restaurants and ice cream shop. Would definitely consider this property for our next trip to Holden!

This place was wonderful. The pool was amazing and the house was very clean and really nice inside. They even ha kids floats and toys and beach bikes that me and my wife used a couple of days. Highly recommend!

What a great space! The house was perfect for our small family gathering of 7 1 baby. The pool and outdoor area was awesome. Paying to heat the pool this time of year was worth it. Another plus, there were 3 bikes there and plenty of beach chairs and pool toys too. We'll be back!

Family Retreat

My family and I loved The Copa! The interior was beautifully decorated, the patio and grill area made relaxing easy, and we lived in the pool!! It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, quiet area of the island. Absolutely perfect!

April spring break

We had a wonderful stay, the house was as described with and clean. The back yard space was amazing and our kids loved it. Having the option for paying for the pool to be heated was perfect for April weather.
