Wonderful condo on Marco Island. The location is perfect! We really enjoyed the view of the water. The complex has a great pool and an easy walk to the beach. We loved walking down the lagoon at low tide and seeing all the sea creatures. The unit is very spacious and well equipped for any length of stay. We'd highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great from host with current updates as the arrival got closer. I couldn’t ask to be closer to the beach and see the beautiful sunsets from the condo.

First time to Marco Island!

The condo was great, clean and stocked for all the basics of home as well as for the beach. I wish the ocean view was a little better but it was still in sight We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would be that the matter bed was really .

Beautiful Stay in Marco

This is a beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The view was gorgeous and the owners were very responsive to our questions.

Great stay!

Had a perfect vacation with my family! Check in and out were simple and all communications were great. The condo was very clean and stocked beyond my expectations with everything we needed. Absolutely loved the beach toys, chairs and cart; they made enjoying the beach very simple.

A wonderful vacation destination

We had a wonderful time during our 11 day stay. The property or unit location with the quick access to the beach, the pool area and beautiful evening sunsets made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The beach cart got significant use during our stay and overall the unit was very comfortable for our stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this unit and location.

Lots of sun and beach.

Great location. Gated resort area, immaculately maintained. Miles of beautiful beach and great pool area. Very quite place, great for mature people or families. Not a college springbreak party atmosphere.

Great unit, worth the money

This is a great unit. The owners were easy to communicate with, the property is exactly as described in pictures. The pickleball courts were awesome and there were plenty of other activities to do to keep the kids to keep them busy. The pool was great and heated. No

Our family had a great visit to Marco Island. Dan was easily reachable when needed. The condo was well stocked with towels and beach equipment and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony has an amazing view of the sunset. The condo’s description is accurate.

Beautiful condo

Great communication with Dan our host leading up to our stay and during our stay. The condo itself was clean and beautifully updated, wirh everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the Pickleball equipment and the coffee bar. It is a long walk to the beach, but worth the walk. Had some slight issues with the wifi connection, but overall would stay again as it’s a great condo with lots of ammenities!

Family holiday

We loved our holiday in Marco Island and the apartment was excellent. Nice and spacious with two teenagers. It was stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach with plenty of towels etc. As others have said the sunset view was beautiful from the balcony and we really enjoyed eating breakfast there every morning. Seeing dolphins in the sea very close to where we were swimming and collecting shells were highlights of our holiday. I would return here in a heartbeat, thank you.

Expectations Exceeded

We loved staying at this condo. The sunset views from the balcony were gorgeous, the condo came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including enough beach towels for the entire week. The beachy decor was fun and the place was tidy. Even the teenagers were happy with our accommodations. Just be prepared for a long walk to the beach. .40 of a mile from the condo to the beach. Probably not the best location if someone in your party has mobility concerns. We will most definitely stay at this condo again. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Marco Island vacation

The condo was a great place on beautiful Tigertail beach. The complex was well maintained and we especially enjoyed the beach, the huge pool and pickleball courts. We felt very safe in this gated community and appreciated the siren warning when a few storms passed though. The unit was well furnished, clean and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and even included many basic supplies that we were not expecting. It had an awesome view off the large balcony overlooking the lagoon and the gulf. The beach gear included everything you would need for a fun time and the wagon was greatly appreciated to get the gear to the beach which was a bit of a hike. The host was most helpful and replied quickly to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic condo with every amenity one could need! It's seriously the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed in - incl. beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, cooler, floats, zip lock bags etc. Made it very easy for us. Decoration on point, modern, and minimalist. Nice view from the deck for happy hr. And can walk to a few restaurants (about 1/2 mile). Ocean is a hike since the beach front is quite wide even though condo technically oceanfront. Pool is nice and our teens loved the gym incl in the rental. Fit 5 of us comfortably. Hosts are very kind and communicated promptly. I docked a star overall since we were here in August (i.e., low season) and many condos were having renovations done so power drilling and very loud noises started at 8:30 each morning. It literally was so loud it jolted me out of bed and we couldn’t hear each other talking in the same room. It lasted 3-4 hrs each day. This would only be a potential issue during the summer since there are many fewer residents/renters. Overall though I would highly recommend since it’s a great condo.

Beautiful condo!

Dan & Sandy have a wonderful condo! It was easy to access, well stocked and maintained! We had one incident with the AC and Dan had it fixed within hours!! The pickleball courts, shuffleboard, putting green & bocce ball were a really fun addition! We never saw anyone else down there!! The beach is a long walk but our littles did great and the beach carts supplied by the condo were the BEST! Towels, beach toys, umbrella, etc were nice! The pool and pool attendants were less than our favorite. No jumping into the pool, no floats or rafts, they close the pool down pretty early in the evening, no food inside the pool gate, etc. Lots of rules. Overall a great stay but not as kid friendly of a complex as we desired! We will be back to Marco Island!

Updated and clean with amazing views

"This property was wonderful! It was nicely updated and decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the cookware was in great condition--which is rare in a rental. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. It was nice to have a tv in both bedrooms as well as the main living room. The balcony that extended the length of the condo with sliders from the master and living area was amazing with beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets and storms rolling in from the Gulf. Balcony furniture was comfortable and perfect for coffee in the morning while watching the sailboats go by. The beach cart was awesome to have to take all of the beach gear to the water's edge since it was a good walk across that spectacular expanse of white sand. The complex as a whole is very well kept, tropical, and secure and close to so many great dining spots. Communication with the owners was quick and so very helpful! We really enjoyed our time there and were thrilled that the condo was so nice and comfortable! We would definitely stay in your property again!"

Great location

We had a great stay! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was loaded with everything you would need from cooking spay, olive oil, seasonings, foil, baggies and even an air fryer to name a few. The closet is full of everything you would need for the beach. Tubes, wakeboards, noodles, chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, cooler, beach toys and games. If I could give any advice it would be to arrive before 4pm. We arrived a few minutes after that and the doors were already locked. There was supposed to be a lockbox in the garage next to the bike rack to get the keys if you arrive after 4pm but there wasn’t one. I eventually just waited at a door for someone to leave to get in but it took awhile. I talked to another guest who had a similar problem and was told the lockboxes were all cut off. Besides the check in process we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again if in the area!
