Welcome to our stunning Clearwater getaway!

- HEATED large pool (kept at 87 degrees continuously at no extra fee)
- 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
- Central heating (not common for area!) and AC

With the excellent communication with our host, we all felt very comfortable, informed and secure. We had very easy access to all of the essentials, such as groceries, restaurants stand more!

It was absolutely beautiful the pool was great beds were comfy all in all it’s a perfect get away place the host was amazing answer quickly and is very accommodating I couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend my bday in I will definitely be renting this house again in the future

Danielle was such a great host! She was communicative, accomodating and kind. The house was awesome and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The pool was great and warm, even when it was a bit chilly out and the yard was a great spot for everyone to gather and play with the firepit and open space. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place near the beach to stay around Clearwater, even though you really won't even need to leave the house to enjoy vacation!

Great Time In Clearwater!

We had a great time! The rooms were well appointed plenty of room for all of us. The pool was wonderful! Beaches were close, but we spent most of the time relaxing in the pool!

My sister and I stayed here and both had an amazing time! The space was clean, the neighborhood was friendly and quiet, and the property owner was very willing to answer any questions we had. Check in was extremely easy and convenient, and we both had an amazing time overall!

Stayed here with my friends for my birthday and we had a great time! We made s’mores using the campfire in the backyard. The pool area was a hit! The host provides many pool toys and floaties. The house was clean, everything was functional, and it was exactly like the pictures!

The three bedrooms and bath really let everyone have some space. The outdoor enclosed pool and patio area were great. Not too far from the beach and other activities.

The host was responsive, the property was clean, and the pool was nice, but there were big issues that impacted our stay. First of all, there isn't capacity for 11 people, that's inaccurate and misleading. Realistically, 7 people, 9 if you stretch it and anything beyond that is unrealistic. There is a camera facing the pool and the pool area, which is really the only reason to rent this property, but you and your family are under surveillance. Additionally, the house was missing cooking essentials (a spatula), broken furniture (the main couch) and the host thinks that it's OK for the guests to just buy it and she will reimburse them. Who in their mind thinks this is OK? She must cook her own meals at restaurants.

Hi Stanley, you mention concerns about capacity for 11 guests, however you only included 2 adults and 2 children on your booking. As it is described in the listing there are 2 king beds, 2 doubles, 1 twin, 1 queen blowup, 1 queen pull-out, and 3 bathrooms. I do allow for that number of guests if they decide that is comfortable for them. The camera is in the listing description. It is for liability and safety purposes. Camera footage is only referenced if necessary (liability and safety issues arise). This is a standard for properties with pools. Unfortunately, you didn't reach out to me about any of your issues until after check out. A spatula would have been replaced within hours. Upon review and VRBO investigation the couch was not broken prior to your stay. However the couch had to be replaced after you checked out.

We stayed at this home for my daughter’s sweet 16. The house had plenty of room for my daughter’s friends and they the best time in the pool and being together. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
