This space has comfort in mind! What it lacks in luxury, it makes up for in convenience, comfort and is in the best location on the beach! Providing a relaxed Florida beach vibe, this apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests with its King bed, as well as a nice comfy pull out couch. We will provide extra linens when bookings for more than 2 are made. This fun and casual beach apartment has all you need including 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the bed is brand new and super comfortable. We have 1 parking spot ready for you, which is a hot commodity in this awesome little town! If you have more than one vehicle, please message us before booking so we can ensure arrangements can be made.

You have a private 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment to yourself in this multi family apartment building. There is an additional very small room that has a small day bed, best suited for a kid in our opinion. The room gets airflow via a fan, so in the warmer months it can be warm. Consider this room as a small bonus if you chose to utilize it, as we do not advertise it or charge extra for it.
Although there are limited water views from inside this space, you do have access to the back yard and dock area to enjoy the views. There are no shared spaces inside your unit. There are however other people and families throughout the property.
