Suite de 1 chambre 1 salle de bain récemment mise à jour au Surf Song Resort. Un lit Queen dans la chambre. Tous les nouveaux planchers, nouvelle cuisine en granit avec armoires améliorées. Nouvelle cuisinière et réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons. Nouveau mobilier partout. Internet haute vitesse gratuit et télévision HD. Alors que sur le petit côté à 366 pieds carrés, 212 offre beaucoup pour être à la plage.
Endroit calme au deuxième étage. Pas une vue sur la plage, mais à quelques pas de la piscine chauffée Surf Song et de la plage de sable blanc. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les plats, ustensiles et casseroles et poêles. De loin la meilleure offre sur un condo d'une chambre à Madeira Beach.

Les clients apprécient la commodité d'être à quelques pas de toutes les commodités, y compris les installations pour barbecue et bien sûr, l'incroyable plage de sable blanc, les eaux du golfe et la piscine chauffée relaxante. Et juste de l'autre côté de la rue? Village de John's Pass! Le village est un pittoresque village de pêcheurs du début du siècle et l'attraction touristique n ° 1 du comté de Pinellas. Le village compte plus d'une centaine de boutiques uniques, une variété de restaurants, la flotte de pêche locale, des excursions d'observation des dauphins et des bombardements, la location de bateaux, le parachute ascensionnel et le jet ski. The location was perfect for two people. So close to the ocean and the heated pool. Updated items made it very nice as well. I would definitely book this location again. Many things to do right across the street.

Condo was super clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. The bed slept very well. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. No beach gear or beach towels provided within the unit. Unit as described and would stay here again.

Our room was PERFECT for us, and well maintained and decorated. The hosts were super friendly, and the grounds were well-kept and beautiful. We love the tiki huts next to the pool. Right on the beach, and right across from EVERYTHING Johns Pass has to offer- it’s our new fav go-to resort!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is older. No room for a dishwasher. The TV internet is very slow and non-responsive at times.It is a great little unit for one guy that spends most of his time on the beach or boardwalk. Bring your own salt and pepper as the only things offered above just dishes and plates is what other people may have left. I would stay here again, that's just me. But wanted to state all that I experienced in Unit 212. It is a unit off from the main building not directly near the beach. So, on the positive- you wont have little kids running around.

Unit was separate from the main condo building. The pool was very clean and the beach was awesome! The bathroom in the unit is very small but there was only 2 of us so we managed. It was clean and we had no issues!

Bedroom door and bathroom door would not close. Bathroom was extremely small, knees almost rubbed the vanity. All doors in the unit needed replacing, beat up and paint chipped.Road noise from outside was was very loud inside the unit. Windows also needed replacement, did not seal and you could feel air around them.We would not consider renting this unit again. IT WAS CLEAN INSIDE, and Jenn and Dawn very very nice in the office..

VERY NASTY PLACE and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

The listing stated all new flooring and furnishing! The carpet was so nasty, stained and sticky that you could not take your shoes off. There was dirt/sweat stains where your legs and arms would touch the sofa and chair! The kitchen chairs wheels fell off when my husband sat down in it and the other kitchen chairs arm was coming completely undone! The bathroom was not clean!!! There was toothpaste spit all over faucet and black hair on the counter top. Also the bathroom is so tiny one person are barley fit inside! Luckily management refunded our complete stay and we were able to find another place to stay the same day! NOW VRBO NEEDS TO REFUND FEES!

Madeira Beach Stay

Loved staying here. Very reasonably priced. Although small, everything was well laid out. This was our first time staying in Madeira Beach versus Treasure Island and we were happy. Directly across the street from John's pass. Had a great time and the weather was perfect.

Right on the beach

The property itself was very cute and had an amazing location but when we sat down to use the toilet our knees almost hit the sink, and when trying to take a shower my husband and I hit our hips on the sink almost every time getting in and out. The bed also very hard and not all that comfortable. I’d love to stay here again but I don’t think we will unless the sink gets fixed and the mattress is taken care of.

Was disappointed there was not a good view of the beach, pool, or really anything

The process was quick and easy property was clean bathroom was very small. had stove, microwave, and coffee maker but no blender so we bought one and left it their for the next guest. Had a nice pool good location across from Johns pass.

October 2019 Stay

Excellent little condo that fits all your needs while on vacation. Very short walk to everything, the pool, the beach, shopping, everything. We'll be back next year and this is the unit we'll be requesting and if we can't get this one, any unit in this resort will be excellent.
