Furniture was uncomfortable, kitchen poorly accessorized, carpet very dirty with lots of bumps and lumps- needs to be restretched and cleaned at a bare minimum. Everything in the place was cheap and low quality. Only 1 hand towel for 2 bathrooms, no pot holders in kitchen so using oven was problematic. For the final 24 hours of our stay, we had no internet.

The host was very inattentive. The condo was filthy. The master bedroom bed had urine stains on the mattress that smelled. The kitchen floors were filthy. The carpet was not cleaned and smelled like an animal of some sort lives there. The neighbors stomped and played loud music during the supposed to be quiet hours 10p-7a.

We stayed for 3 weeks while my daughter went through treatment at the Mayo Clinic. Pros: Luis is a gracious host and went out of his way to accommodate and help us. The condo is spacious and comfortable and the location is convenient to the hospital, shops, restaurants and close enough to the beach and it's reasonably priced. The kitchen is well stocked enough, although I bought more dish towels because only 1 was provided and had to buy oven mitts because there were none. But those were small inconveniences and probably wouldnt hinder someone staying for a short amount of time. The biggest con for our family was the tenants above us, and it was a big enough problem that I wouldn't stay here again. When I booked this stay a few months ago, there were a couple of reviews complaining about them, but there are more since. They are very loud all hours of the night, very heavy footed, sometimes running, slamming doors, and one Thurs night they played loud music and having a party at 1am. My husband and I talked to them multiple times to no avail, and when you're woken up in the middle of the night multiple times during the week and cannot go back to sleep, it's beyond frustrating. My daughter is 19 and not a light sleeper, and the noise issue at night caused several nights of sleep deprivation for her, which was not helpful to her treatments and need to be at Mayo at 7:30 each morning. Maybe it wouldn't be a deal breaker if your stay is short, but we're glad to be going home.

This was an awesome place to stay. Very clean and accommodating.The neighborhood is safe, nice and quiet. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitly stay here again.

Lovely condo in the perfect location. We were in town for a family event and had a wonderful stay. The owners went above and beyond from water bottles in the fridge to new, spare toiletries. They were also very accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy access and parking, and a very safe area. The condo was clean, homey, and a perfect spot to relax after long days at the anime convention. A few minor things: walls are thin and we had noise issues with the upstairs neighbor; showers could use upgraded shower heads; and the beds were quite firm, making a longer stay uncomfortable. Plenty of hot water for our group each morning. The only confusion was trash disposal... directions said "left of the condo," but the dumpster is actually located at the entrance to the community. Overall, a great short stay!

Clean and beautiful rooms

Love the decorations of the rooms and how clean and tidy the place was overall. It was nice having a parking spot as well. Great job on the place, you guy did great.

Friends trip to Jax

The ONLY downside of this stay was not fully understanding where the guest entrance was on day 1. Once we figured out the GPS directions took us to the wrong gate we had no issues gaining access. Everything about the stay was seamless, the place was clean and prepped for our arrival, and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely use again!

Nice property

Everything was as described in advertising on Vrbo. My only complaint was the code for the gate to enter the community never worked. I had to rely on someone with a card or a different code to gain entrance. I was pleasantly surprised at the snacks, etc available once I got inside the condo. It wasn’t expected. Would definitely recommend this property to rent for a stay in Jacksonville

Honestly, I found that the pictures on vrbo did not do justice to the condo. I was pleasantly surprised and I believe that we will be back while my son goes to school in Jacksonville.

Very nice Condo-clean. Too much noise from the apartment overhead. People need to be told that there are two entrances and that Mapquest may not take you to the right one (the one with the punch in code). Other than that, for a first time VRBO guest, we were comfortable. Noise from above should be addressed.

Home away from home

This is our third stay with Luis and every time is great thank you. Only issue is upstairs neighbor is very heavy footed and walks around a lot at night during quiet time.

Rented this place to stay at after going to top golf. It was a decent place. The bathrooms looked dirty. Some kitchen outlets did not work. Didn’t even stay the whole night. The people above us walked so hard it sounded like they were stomping on purpose and people were screaming, which didn’t really make us feel safe so we left.

Mayo Clinic Stay

We stayed for my sisters brain surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We need to add an additional night and that was easily taken care of!
