Directly Across From Long Sands Beach!

You will never regret renting this lovely three bedroom houseright on Long Sands Beach. Everything is up to date! The deck, with it's unobstructed bold ocean front views will amaze you! Sit there and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, walk across the street for fun in the sun all day, and then enjoy a glass of wine on the deck as you watch the sunset. This is such a wonderful setting to simply relax and enjoy all Maine has to offer. This house is delightful! The house is conveniently located steps away from the Oceanside Store. Also just a quick stroll to the locally owned and operated General Store, this is the gathering spot for your morning coffee, a great take out lunch or any last minute items you need for a picnic at the beach. Just a few more steps down the beach, enjoy a summer cocktail, light lunch or very nice dinner at the Stone's Throw Restaurant. Jump on the trolley or walk to downtown York Beach. There, you will find many more restaurants, bars, shopping, a great playground for the kids and York's Wild Kingdom. This is a zoo and small amusement park. Play mini-golf, ride the Carousel, see the animals and enjoy some cotton candy. We require a minimum stay of 7 nights during the summer and unfortunately, we do not accept pets. Finally, there is no smoking on the property, which means the balcony too. We appreciate your cooperation with this. Parking for 2 cars at any time.

The property is in a great location. The sunrise over the Nubble Lighthouse is awesome. Local restaurants like the Lobster Cove and Stones Throw are a short walk away. The deck was our hang out space. This house isn't fancy, but it works for a relaxing fall vacation.

Perfect spot to Relax

This location is excellent, on the beach, close to restaurants and stores. Our favorite things to do were taking morning walks on the beach and sitting on the second floor deck to catch the sunrise.

Great beach house. The location can’t be beat! The store next door is very convenient. Perfect location right across from the ramps to wheel down wagons for the kids. The balcony overlooking long sands ave and the beach is great!

Maine Stay

We stayed at this property for a family vacation. We were right across the street from the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards for enjoyment. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. We would definately stay at this location again. Loved our stay.

Other than a few hiccups with communication, we truly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. The house is conducive to amazing family and beach time. Walking distance to Stones Throw Restaurant, highly recommended. General store right next door is super convenient. Highly recommend

Absolutely delightful

My trip was for me and my 3 Air Force friends of 40 years. The house has everything you need, TONS of sun streaming in, but also a relaxing and comfortable family room away from the bright sun. The seating options were perfert with lots of comfortable spors. Then there is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Perfect Location!

I’m still thinking about the wonderful week that we just concluded at this perfect beach house in York, Maine. My husband and I went with my mother-in-law and created a very special memories. That location was perfect and right across the street from the gorgeous long Sands Beach. The house is quite lovely, and the owners extremely generous with their products and home access on every level! In fact, I have never stayed anywhere on this or other sites where we have have found laundry detergent available (Tide - no less - though we had packed our own). We enjoyed twice daily walks on on the beach, breakfast on the upstairs porch overlooking the Atlantic, not to mention such close access to places like a concrete and Kennebunkport

Great location, very comfortable

Very comfortable place to unwind and recharge. The view and location were superb. I think the listing stated queen beds but they were full size. Great bed linens, terrible pillows. It could have used a deep clean but I’m very picky and it was end of season. Nothing significant-just some crumbs on the counter, a bit of dust and cobwebs, and dirty window sills.Well provisioned with amenities. Just a heads up that steep and narrow stairs to second level might be challenging for anyone with mobility limitations. First level has a lovely beachy vibe and decor.
