Summit House Back40 Trail-side Retreat

Summit House is a trail-side retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. TheBack40 trail (Summit School) is visible from the front door! Nestled among trees, this getaway affords its guests a bit of extra privacy. The interior is fresh and bright with a large kitchen and dining table, and a sun-kissed master bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature Murphy beds, and one easily doubles as an office. It is furnished with a pneumatic sit/stand desk and a leather high-rise chair.
The space
The master bedroom is bright but cozy, in a Scandinavian hygge theme. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, jetted tub, and your own door to the deck. Get cozy with extra blankets in the king size brass bed.

The first guest bedroom features abstract art, retro replicas, and silver-framed mirrors. A standing desk and ergo chair lend the room to a second use as an office.

The second guest bedroom is layered in texture and rich colors, begging you to stay in bed just a little longer.

All bedrooms have black-out shades, walk in closets, and ceiling fans.

Feel free to dive into our collection of reading material throughout the house, or pull a board game out of the linen closet.

Enjoy fresh water from the stainless Birkey water filter in the dining room.
Guest access
The attached garage has room for one car and all your bikes. The large driveway is available for parking and can fit several cars.

The person making the reservation must stay in the house. In other words please do not make a booking on someone else’s behalf.
