The space
Whispering Timbers is in a quiet residential neighborhood about 2 miles off the main highway in Bella Vista. Newly remodeled in 2022. House is an open concept design, which gives a spacious feel to the living, dining and kitchen area. The very large master bedroom with king bed has its own bathroom and separate access to the sunroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-queen bunkbed. The sunroom is our favorite room in every season with its natural light and view of the woods.

Extremely clean and well-maintained property. We loved the coziness of the gas fireplace and the sunroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils. My friends and I enjoyed a nice weekend in, walked the nearby trails, and loved the house as a neat and tidy retreat! All the spaces appeared as advertised in the listing. There was some confusion on check-in--the code provided to me didn't work and I had to call the owner of the property a few times before I received a response and a new code. Once that was resolved, our stay was seamless and we had no other issues. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a property that will stay on our list of best places to stay! It had everything - comfortable and roomy sleeping spaces, large living area with a wonderful sectional for seating, great coffee bar with snacks, enclosed porch and deck space to enjoy outdoors, garage, 5 stars across the board!!!

Great VRBO

We enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect from the weather and the wonderful sunroom which was perfect for bird watching and coffee drinking in the morning to evening enjoyment. The house was exactly as described and the coffee bar and snacks was an extra treat. I would highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking in the area.

Great location and lovely home!

Wonderful home in quiet area, exactly as pictures show. Well maintained and had everything we needed and more. Very thoughtfully appointed and even had snacks and coffee bar. Close to Mildred Cooper Chapel if you are holding an event there. It was perfect for our stay!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Easy drive to all trails in the area. Comfortable beds and accommodations. Enjoyed having my tea on the porch in the morning. Our hosts were quick to respond to any inquires. Only negative is it’s located on a busy road and turning left out of the driveway can be challenging

We live in Rogers, Arkansas, and we love our home state! We also love to travel -usually with destinations that include, music, dancing and hiking. We discovered a few years back that staying in Airbnb properties or VRBO was the best way to be comfortable on a trip. We decided to try hosting our own place. We try to think of everything you need to be comfortable - we understand what it's like being away from home.

This property became available, and we bought it in 2021. We thought it would be desirable since it's near the bike trails. It needed quite a bit of TLC. Some older folks lived in it and couldn't care for it anymore. It's a project in process!

We just love that back patio. Watch for the great big red headed woodpecker! He will come to the feeder!
