Welcome to 101 Beachwalk, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa perfectly located in the heart of Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island. Just a short walk from the beach, this ground-floor end unit offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm for your next island getaway.

Clean, well decorated, comfortable beds, 7 min walk to beach access, and well equipped kitchen (utensils, appliances, etc).Wanted to give 5 stars but several issues.Had two major appliance failures in first 2 days (aircon would not shut off, dryer belt broken) that took a few attempts by property mgt over the first 4 days to fix both. They were responsive especially for a weekend and provided a reasonable substitute for the dryer. Still, the first problem seemed to cause 2 sinus infections out of a party of 4.Master bathroom light switch failed and would not shut off on day 4. Some general wear and tear on the inside and outside visible. Also, no lighting in showers.So my experience was a well located, thoughtfully appointed rental but showing some age and may be due for a refresh or maintenance.

Great location

The unit we rented on Beachwalk was just a short walk to Coligny Beach, and close proximity to the pool. As for the unit, it was exactly as described. I was also impressed with how well appointed the kitchen. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook. We loved the grounds of the Shipyard. Great for walking and biking. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Great Stay

Being able to easily walk to Hilton Head beach made all the difference. Enjoyed the wildlife including a small alligator living in the water beside the condo. We called him or her Gerry.

Friends Getaway

We had a great stay in your beautiful beach villa. We found the furnishings to be all updated and the kitchen well stocked. We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach. They were working on the outside area when we were there so I"m sure it will be improved upon, but in the meantime we loved the baby alligator in the lagoon.

Great location and well appointed unit.

This unit is just as described. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and pool. Nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed staying here and look forward to a return visit. Shipyard is a lovely area in Hilton Head.
