Welcome to one of the best home rentals in Chicago! Built in 2015, this 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom also boasts has an office, rec room/playroom and gym. Walkable to both Wrigleyville and Southport corridor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces, 2 washer/dryers, wine fridge and radiant floors in basement and master bath. Outside has a spacious front yard, top floor roof deck, and an entertainers dream backyard including built in grill. Great for a weekend rental or longer stay.

Everything was perfect! Our group of nine retirees has been enjoying annual in-person gatherings for almost 10 years. Each of us noted that this was the most perfect place by far. The kitchen and dining areas were wonderful. We also enjoyed the fireplaces. —The only concern was a potential danger due to the lack of any railings on the several steps in front of the home.

This home is in a lovely Chicago neighborhood and has a pleasant vibe. Shared spaces, and also bedrooms, are spaced to afford considerable privacy, which worked very well for our family of 5. House was immaculate, and we appreciated the cotton bedsheets (instead of poly blends). Host Ben made us feel very welcomed, which was immensely appreciated, and host Millie replied promptly to all questions.

Great Family Property

Excellent property for a family. The playroom was a life saver - the 2 and 3 years old loved it. Large gathering areas that accommodated dinners and movies. Very close to Wrigley Field so an easy Walk. Home is like new.

Beautiful house with luxurious accommodations for adults plus a fabulous playroom for kids of all ages. Convenient location in lovely neighborhood. A perfect place for our family gathering.

This was our second time staying in the home. We live in North Carolina and our children and families live in Iowa and Michigan. This is an easy place to gather and reconnect. We had 4 small children (ages 5, 4, 2 & 2) so the play area in the basement was much loved. Location of the home allowed us to visit the zoo, beach and aquarium and still come back each noontime for lunch. the bedroom configurations were ideal and with the crib and pack and play our kids were able to limit the items they brought. Patrick was very responsive to our questions and issues. Highly recommended.

Simply Wonderful

Group of 10-grandma, grandpa, two brothers and wives, and 4 children under age 5. The bed/bath arrangement was perfect for us. The playroom had an abundance of toys and games for all the children (and a basketball arcade game for those two brothers who love to compete). The entire house was clean and comfortable. We used both baby gates that were provided. One of the best rental homes we have ever stayed in.

Great Home

This is a great home for families to stay in a cute neighborhood and the home itself is modern yet homey and charming. We came in the fall and the neighborhood and most of Chicago was decked out in outdoor fall decor, which added to the charm of the neighborhood. We were very close to shops and restaurants, my husband enjoyed walking to get coffee in the mornings. The property manager/owner did a fantastic job communicating with us and they arranged a certain way for us to get into the property when they realized their lock box was not working. You can tell this was a family home previously. There were games and toys that our younger children loved playing when we were home in the evenings, there is even a small playhouse in the back courtyard where preschool or toddler age children could fit into. We enjoyed parking in the garage, which is helpful if there is not any street parking available. The master bedroom had a soft comfortable bed and a large closet and restroom. The other bedrooms were very cute and probably best sized for one adult or two children in the other bedrooms. There was even a crib in one bedroom in addition to the bed. The home and furnishings all are in great condition overall. When we went to strip the linens from the beds we used upon our departure, I did notice there were some pillows that are quite old and probably need to be replaced, however most were fine and it would not deter me from staying there. I look very forward to staying there again!
