The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity. The second bedroom features a queen bed and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom that features a double/single bunkbed. The large back porch is screened in and overlooks the fenced in back yard perfect for the four-legged friends!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway at Staying Tipsy! The layout was perfect for our family. The ladies loved the perfectly stocked kitchen. I would certainly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.

The property lacked an appropriate amount of basic paper supplies (toilet paper, dish detergent); sink was leaking badly; wall outlets very sparse for charging devices; no cable.It was clean and comfortable. Compared to better locations it was overpriced.

Thank you for your feedback. However, I do want to be very clear on a few points. As outlined in our rental agreement, we only provide a starter supply of basic items such as toilet paper and dish detergent. Guests are responsible for bringing or purchasing additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay. This policy is standard and communicated prior to arrival. Regarding the maintenance concerns: * The sink leak is the first we are hearing of this issue. Had this been reported during your stay, our maintenance team would have addressed it immediately. * We will be notifying our maintenance team about the sink to ensure it is inspected and resolved. * We will also be reaching out to a licensed electrician to evaluate adding additional outlets for guest convenience. As for cable, many of our properties are equipped with smart TVs rather than traditional cable, allowing guests to log into their own streaming services. We do appreciate you noting that the home was clean and comfortable, and we will address the items mentioned to improve future guest experiences.

The property was clean and spacious.. had everything we needed.. the communication with the property manager was excellent.. the response time was quick and urgent.. there is a grocery store near by and the golf cart was amazing to have.. we will definitely come back !

Great Location

We really enjoyed our trip to St. George Island. The house was in a great location and was well stock and clean. Only downside: We rented the golf cart ( which is extra) and it was in poor condition with tires that were dry rotted. They did pick it up and take it in for maintenance but we did not have the cart for our stay. They were at the mercy of the repair shop so not much could be done. All in all, it was a great stay and we would visit again.
