Welcome to Blue Isle Oasis! This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is the perfect Anna Maria Island vacation rental, fully updated and redecorated in 2023. Located on a quiet street, but still only moments from the beach, restaurants, shops, and more - sink into relaxation or seek adventure as you see fit.
Relax in the screened lanai or on the open-air deck, complete with plenty of seating and dining space and a charcoal grill. If you want to stretch your legs the Holmes Beach fields are short walk away, including tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, baseball field, and skate park. There is also a nearby boat and kayak launch, and if you're bringing an approved furry family member, there's a lovely dog park just down the street!
An open floorplan is perfect for a small group to enjoy each other's company. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating around the TV. The kitchen is well-appointed with updated appliances and has an Island with a breakfast bar. The bathroom is accessible to all and includes a walk-in shower.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, also with a TV. Finally, a private washer and dryer are available off the kitchen.
**Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 40lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted.
