We call it our “Disney House”, this is a recently remodeled and brand-new furniture house that can be yours too to enjoy it with your family! Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a pool, professionally cleaned and decorated for your comfort. It is conveniently located 10 miles from Disney and Universal Studios is at 17.8 miles. This location is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Our gorgeous house is welcome you to stay, relax and have a good time with all the amenities of a home.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole house, except for the maintenance room located in the master closet room. This is normally locked.
Door lock is unique to each guest when check-in and check-out from the property. Upon check-out this code will change automatically
Other things to note
Although we totally understand there could be emergencies that are not under your control. We asked that these emergencies get notify to the host immediately. Sometimes these requires special services such plumbing, flooding, wifi issues in this case please contact our host.
Cancelations to the reservation must be done 48 hours prior to check-in.

* This house is in Kissimmee in a very secure neighborhood.
*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (Shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher, sponge, toilet paper) you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
For your convenience, the Home is equipped with what is necessary to make your stay pleasant, all things are inventoried, in case there es any missing in the inventory, or, that things are left badly status, the cost of the missing item or, the repair thereof, will be charged.
*CLEANING FEE WILL COVER CLEANING TO THE PROPERTY AFTER YOUR CHECK OUT. No housekeeping service is provided while you’re staying, you may clean if necessary and do beds during your stay
*POOL IS NOT HEAT. The temperature of the pool water depends on the weather, we cannot control it.
* NO PARTIES OR SMOKING IS ALLOW IT. Even we understand you come to have a good time, parties and smoking at the property will not be allowed.
It’s forbidden to smoke inside the house (this includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigaretts, etc). We have a smoke detector and alarm that will go off upon smoke detection.
Penalties: $300 for smoking
