Great property in area that has everything. Clean updated and homey. Only thing I would expect is some kind of BASIC cleaning products to keep up with being there. Wasn’t even a broom to sweep floors. But overall 10/10

Home Away from Home

The Station at Newtown Square was perfect for our visit to the Philadelphia area. The property was an immaculately maintained and the process to schedule it was simple on Vrbo. The complex is very safe and secure with more than adequate shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc located nearby. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a great location west of Philly. We would definitely book here again if we should ever revisit Philadelphia.

We would happily stay again

We selected the property because a previous guest noted it was perfect for her post surgery recovery. Exactly correct! The apartment was comfortable, the location good (near Whole Foods, restaurants, Philadelphia, the Main Line), and the residents pleasant. Kudos to the manager Aaron and his associate John: very welcoming and helpful. This was a great find.

Great experience

Great stay overall. Thank you to Aaron for making the experience an easy one and the accommodations what we needed. The apartment was clean and spacious and the grounds are beautiful and safe; the outside pool, fitness room and common areas were clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Surgery recovery

I stayed at this property after I had knee replacement surgery and I had friends and family that stayed with me to help me recoup. The residence and the property manager Aaron was more than accommodating and helpful. Plus the amenities as far as the gym in the pool were a real plus for my parents. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone who needs a nice, comfortable, safe place to stay.

Great place and will definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and beautiful place to stay! The amenities are fabulous. Beds are super comfortable, great pressured hot showers and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Really enjoyed the outdoor pool, bbq and games to play! Aaron is a pleasure to work with, responds quickly and made our business/family trip very enjoyable!
