This was an excellent stay! Host Aaron communicates very well and is super responsive. The property is in a great area, super safe with lots restaurants nearby. It is 30 mins to downtown and about 20 to airport, and was very convenient for our needs.

Great place

We stayed for 3 weeks during Christmas. The 2bedroom apartment was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The couch snd chair were clean but saggy from much use. The kitchen was very well equipped. Our washing machine did not work but when I called, it was replaced the next morning. Manager great

Great stay in Newtown Square

We enjoyed our stay at 'The Station'. It was clean, secure, convenient to shopping, food and my parents. Having a short term apartment is just what we needed. I just have a few suggestions. Provide a toilet brush and cleaner to keep the bathroom clean, and a few more trash cans in the bedrooms would be nice and a couple of dish towels instead of just one. When someone is staying for longer than a week, they need to be able to clean while there. The space was nice and very open. larger than an Air B&B and that was appreciated.

Loved the pool area

My family had a reunion in June and needed extra sleeping space so we rented a two bedroom unit. We loved using the pool area on several days. It was a hot week and the pool was perfect for our group to use. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased.

The two bedroom apartment is very nice. Plenty of space with two bedrooms and baths. Also the kitchen and eating are are spacious and well appointed. I was fortunate to get a third floor corner apartment with several windows so it is very bright with nice views. Everyone in the leasing office was helpful, especially Aaron Snyder. Outside grounds are regularly mowed and the flowers and vegetation are well taken care of. I will definitely rent here in the future as I have family nearby.

Cool staycation

We stayed here for 10 days this past month and really enjoyed it. Great location close to amenities and shopping yet within the complex very peaceful. Lovely apartment and easy communication with the owners
