One of the best things about Cocoa Beach Club is that pretty much everything you need to enjoy an elevated beach day is already included with your stay. Comfy beach chairs. Shade-spreading umbrellas. Premium towels. You got it. The club also has private showers where guests can rinse off the sea-salt and sand after some fun at the private beach, exclusive to Cocoa Beach Club guests.

Coco Beach Resort Stay

This stay was above and beyond our expectations! We appreciated Debbie’s accommodations and for the quick replies. We truly enjoyed our stay and how close the place was to everything. We cannot wait to staying at this place again in the future! I also appreciate how Debbie went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and when my cousins left her watch but Debbie ensured that it would be sent to her as quickly as possible.

Fantastic!

Great location and our host was wonderful. Beautiful view of the ocean and within walking distance of the pier, Ron Jon's and restaurants. Very quiet and the pool was wonderful as well. Will definitely rent this one again. Thank you Debbie for opening your vacation home to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave.

We had a few amazing days in this property. The location cannot be better. With a direct view of the ocean and the pool and steps away from the beach and a free parking space that comes with the property. The duplex itself was very clean and neat. The bedrooms are huge, the bathrooms more on the smaller side but all very functional and clean. The kitchen is a bit old but has everything you need. We would definitely book this again. Thank you Debbie!

Girls Weekend

Three friends all in our 70s decided on a weekend getaway in Cocoa Beach. We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful condo. Shopping in Cocoa Village is also a must. We had dinner at Rikki Tikki Tavern our on the pier one night and it was so much fun. Beautiful area and fabulous condo - we will be back.

Great condo!

Condo has everything you need for a beach vacation! Beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, etc. The kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.

Perfect short stay

Condo was in the perfect location. We only needed the place for a couple days and it was perfect. It's a little out dated and the beds are a little hard but so worth the money. The communication with Debbie was amazing. She made the whole process very easy.

Fantastic Location, Great Place - Will be Back!!

This is a fantastic condo. The location could not be better - STEPS to the beach. Walk to the Pier and surf shops. We loved this 2 story, spacious and clean condo. The view of the ocean cannot be beat and you will probably spend as much time at the pool as on the sand. Debbie was absolutely fantastic to work with. We will be back!!

Winter trip

We had a good stay. I was concerned about the steps because I didn’t realize we had two levels in our unit and steps to get to the unit but it worked out ok. My husband has some knee issues also I would rather have a washer and dryer in our unit. All in all it worked out fine. The location is great and close enough to everything so we didn’t need a vehicle. Debbie was easy to work with.

2023 Great Place

First, Debbie was so kind and helpful. I talked with her months ahead of time and told her we were coming down for softball nationals. Upon our arrival, there was a personal note wishing us luck along with welcome snacks. Debbie was extremely helpful and got right back to me with any questions I had. Second, the place was spacious and clean. It was well stocked with needed items. Third, the view is beautiful and the location is great. Easy access to the beach and local shops. Highly recommended

Spacious, well equipped, close to everything and steps from the beach!

Only 45 minutes from MCO! Pictures are very accurate. You can see and hear the beach from your balcony. Loved the two huge bedrooms and the 2 1/2 baths. well stocked including beach chairs and umbrella and everything you need to cook. Within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants. 20 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Very responsive host, who even left us some Easter candy ! Cocoa beach surf club down the street has bikes for rent and surfboards! If you plan on doing laundry, bring quarters for the machines.

Very nice ocean & pool view condo

Host is wonderful. We received a very pleasant welcome with personal note, wine, bag of chocolates, fresh flowers, & beverages in the refrigerator. The condo is comfortable, beautifully decorated with updated, contemporary furniture, art & beach-themed accessories; 3 widescreen TV’s. The kitchen & dining areas are well stocked with appliances, cook & bake ware, dishes & serve ware, and items for entertaining. Good bedding. Ample linens, bath & beach towels, cleaning supplies. Chairs & tables on balcony allowed outdoor eating & enjoyment of the view. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, games, & art supplies provided. Lots of storage space in closets & furnishings for personal items was appreciated. Having reserved covered parking on-site was a big plus.

Our newly furnished condo is located on the second floor overlooking a heated pool and and is just a one minute walk from Beautiful Cocoa Beach. You can relax and enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony watching an amazing sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean or watch the cruise ships sail by. We are located one block south of the Historic Cocoa Beach Pier and just north of the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, the world’s largest surf shop.

You’ll be in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and all kinds of fun activities. Or, hop in the car for a short drive to Historic Cocoa Village, Kennedy Space Center or Cape Canaveral.
