Escape to our 4BR canal-front townhome in Panama City Beach, just a 2-min walk to the sand! Perfect for families, this renovated retreat offers access to 11 pools and a private beach club. Enjoy modern comfort, a gourmet kitchen, and serene water views from your private patio. By staying here, you're also giving back, as 10% of every stay is donated to charity. This spacious home comfortably accommodates your group in a vibrant resort community.
We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us through the app at any time.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome blends modern comfort with thoughtful touches designed to make your vacation stress-free. The bright, open-concept main floor is perfect for gathering, while the upstairs offers quiet retreats for everyone. 10% of every stay is donated to causes our family is passionate about supporting.
Golf cart included with you booking!!! Yes that's right. We have added a golf cart for our guests to use complimentary during your stay. Don't walk to the beach or pool. Use our golf cart! The golf cart will be parked in front of the house when you get there. Don't hassle with trying to rent one. This is a savings of $65/day or $455 for the week. The golf cart is for use only within the resort and may not be taken out of the resort gates.
**Layout:**
* Main Floor: Features a cozy living room with a Smart TV that opens to the private waterfront patio. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, granite finishes, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a gourmet coffee station. This floor also includes an ADA-accessible suite with a King Day Bed and an attached full bathroom.
* Upstairs Retreat: Unwind in the master suite, which boasts a King bed and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and double vanity. A third bedroom offers a Queen bed, and a fourth passthrough bedroom (connected to the master) has a Twin/Full bunk bed, perfect for kids.

* High-speed Wi-Fi & dedicated workspace
* 4 Smart TVs with streaming access
* Central A/C & ceiling fans
* In-unit washer & dryer
* Family fun: Games, puzzles, books, and pool toys

Guests will have private access to the entire townhome, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. Check-in is a breeze with our easy self check-in process.
Your stay includes full access to all the amenities within the 24-hour gated community of Gulf Highlands:
* A private beachfront clubhouse with its own pool, bar, and restaurant
* 11 community pools (5 of which are heated)
* Fitness center
* Tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts
* An on-site mini-golf course

Primary guest must be 21+ (under 21? Please message first), maximum of 10 guests regardless of age
Quiet hours: 10PMâ8AM | Respect our family-friendly community
Pets: Max 2, $250 fee (includes resort permitting) | Unauthorized pets = $500 fine
No smoking insideâ$350 fine if violated
Parking: $25 per vehicle (paid at front office) | Trailers up to 24ft allowed ($100 fee, payable at check-in)
Check-in: 4PM | Check-out: 10AM
*Safety: For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher.
*Accessibility: The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are ADA accessible. The community also features a heated pool with a chair lift and nearby wheelchair-accessible beach access.
*Bedroom Layout: Please be aware that the fourth bedroom, which contains the Twin/Full bunk bed, is a passthrough room connected directly to the master bedroom.
*Starter Supplies: We provide starter packs of shampoo, conditioner, and soap to get you settled in for your stay.
