-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+TAX will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout
-Please note that there is still some new construction taking place in the neighborhood, but it should not disturb your stay.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
