Endless Summer – Your Beachfront Retreat at Pot-Nets Bayside!

Welcome to Endless Summer, where the beach state of mind lasts all year long! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront home in Pot-Nets Bayside is the perfect getaway for family and friends. With an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, there's plenty of space for gathering, cooking, and making unforgettable memories.

Step outside and soak in the sun, sand, and sea breeze. Take a leisurely stroll along the marina boardwalk to reach the ever-popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers, or simply relax at one of the on-site pools. Love outdoor activities? You’ll also find pickleball and tennis courts, a baseball field, playgrounds, and excellent kayaking and paddleboarding spots nearby.

For boating enthusiasts, boat slips are available for rent at $40 per day or $200 per week (first-come, first-served). Slips are within walking distance of the home, so securing a spot for your boat is easy!

Amenities & Perks:
Golf cart included – cruise around the community in style!
Linens & towels provided – pack light and relax.
Pet-friendly – bring up to two dogs (fees apply). They'll love the dog park!
Central location – just 10 minutes to Baywood Greens Golf Course ("Augusta of the North"), 20 minutes to Tanger Outlet shopping, and 30 minutes to the charming towns of Rehoboth Beach & Lewes.

Stay Details:
Summer Season: 7-night minimum stay (Sunday check-in/check-out).
Off-Season: 2-night minimum stay.
Check-in: 4:00 PM (Sundays) | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Sundays).
A signed rental agreement is required. Renters must be at least 25 years of age and provide valid proof of age.

Pet Policy:
Dogs only (max 2).
$50 per pet, per night OR $225 per pet, per week.
Please note pets on your reservation or inform our team in advance.

Boaters Welcome!
Slips available (24 ft long, 14 ft wide, accommodates up to 32 ft boats).
Average water depth: 4 ft at low tide.

Beach family Vacation

The pictures of this house do not do it justice, this how is more beautiful in person. Beds were comfy and big rooms. The kids loved the golf cart that came with the house. We loved the private beach and also being close to paradise grill!

Impeccable

The house was gorgeous, immaculately clean, spacious. Parking passes, pool pass, shed and golf cart keys were right on the counter. The bay is a very short walk away. Paradise Grill is a little rowdy at night, and there’s a lot of traffic later into the night. We’d definitely book here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THE HOUSE WAS BRAND NEW; NICE LOCATION WITH WALKABLE DISTANCE TO WATERFRONT AND EATERIES.OVERALL STAY WAS GREAT. ONE ISSUE WAS WITH THE SINK DISPOSAL THAT DID NOT WORK. WHEN THE REPAIMAN/PLUMBER CAME, HE WAS VERY DEFENSIVE AND BLAMING US FOR THE DYSFUNCTIONAL DISPOSAL. HE CLAIMED THAT THE DISPOSAL IS NOT TO BE USED FOR ANYTHING ELSE BUT FLUSHING WATER. WE DIDN'T EVEN COOK ANYTHING WHEN WE TRIED TO WASH CUPS FROM COFFEE. DISHWASHER DISPOSAL I HAVE USED AT MY OWN PLACE COULD DRAIN DOWN FOOD PARTICLES AND ALL BUT HE PLUMBER WAS BLAMING US FOR THE ISSUE. LATER HE TOLD US THAT HE WAS THE MAIN PLUMBER WHO INSTALLED THE HOUSE'S PLUMBING UNITS INCLUDING THE DISHWASHER DISPOSAL. PERHAPS HE WAS DEFENDING HIS POORLY INSTALLED UNIT. ANYHOW, WE WERE CAREFUL NOT TO USE THE DISPOSAL AFTER THAT. HE TESTED WITH SOLID ICE AFTER HE FIXED IT; YET HE WAS TELLING US NOT TO USE CEREAL PARTICLES DOWN THE DRAIN. OTHER THAN THAT, WE LOVED THE PLACE. LOVE TO COME BACK. DEBRA WAS VERY NICE AND HAD THE PLUMBING ISSUE FIXED RIGHT AWAY.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great. Had all amenities, was also very clean. Problem was location. On a summer weekend night, we were subjected to noise from both drunk people and drunk drivers leaving the Grill. Someone peeing on our front lawn, cars driving on the stones bordering our front lawn. Not very pleasant to deal with.
